My wife and I had a fabulous experience at O-Ku! We want to give a special shoutout and thanks to Jewel for taking such great care of us. All the other members of the staff we interacted with were wonderful and so friendly too. Jewel went above-and-beyond to make sure our first meal at O-Ku was special, including taking extra care to make sure my gluten-intolerant wife was well taken care of. O-Ku has an entire special GF menu with an incredible amount of variety of delicious options- this restaurant is a phenomenal options for GF folks. You'll be in heaven. I have Celiac disease and Cancer today was a very busy day for me I had a taste for Singapore Mei Fun. The Manager came to me and noticed that I said no heat, no curry no sauce. She suggested to try one of the three sauces she put in my bag. The I used th sauce they use in Lo Mein. It was very tasty, packed with chicken etc the chicken egg roll was cooked to perfection. I am giving a 10 on a scale of five. Job well done I absolutely suggest this restaurant to anyone visiting this weekend. I got the order to go but I am enjoying it as I post this review. Should have taken a photo but it was so good I forgot to lol

Had dinner with 14 colleagues. We ordered several apps and soups. All delicious. Our dishes arranged from vegetarian to gluten-free to pad Thai to shrimp, chicken and beef. I originally ordered the firecracker shrimp. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. The dish came out lukewarm, shrimp a bit tough and it lacked flavor. Our server, Upon sharing with our server, Trinity, she immediately removed the dish. I replaced it with spicy chicken. It was hot and packed with flavor.
Trinity offered exceptional service, taking care of our group. We never had to ask for refills. She was engaging and we enjoyed her wonderful personality. Well done, Trinity!

Excellent spot for a lunch. Environment is modern with exposed ceiling. Plenty of natural light. Music is not overly loud and holding conversation was very easy. The food and service was exceptional and I will absolutely be back. We had the gluten free basil chicken (level 1 spicy), gluten free drunken noodles (level 1 spicy), and the gluten free moo ping.

I have always had a good experience here, but my recent visit was exceptional! We typically have sushi but decided on hibachi. Being gluten free my food was cooked in the kitchen and made with GF soy sauce. Later upon learning I had a shellfish allergy the server made beeline for the kitchen to insure there was no cross contamination. Which was my fault I should have led with that. The server also warned me each item that contained wheat. Those being the ginger dressing (substituted for ranch) and the miso soup had a bit of soy sauce. Everyone in my party had a great time, but we were all so impressed by the car and attention to detail from the staff. Wish I had caught there names but fantastic experience overall. 10/10 would recommend!

I may be wrong so please let me know if I am! I had this at a work event yesterday and the food was very good! I do have a gluten allergy and recall asking one of the servers if the noodles were gluten free. While I do believe the noodles were gluten free I don’t know if the soy sauce used in the noodles was. Only reason I say this is bc my stomach was in KNOTS after eating the food. Once again if I am wrong and GF soy sauce was used I will update the review but until then I will leave the 2 stars.
Update: was 100% my fault for not reading the instructions. They did reach out and confirm, food was amazing regardless!
