Let's start with the good. Cute, small menu. Attractive seating area. Friendly staff. Parking. Decent aesthetics. Got all that? Okay, moving on.
TL;DR: Not allergy friendly, undertrained staff, blah food, dirty tables, likely freezer not frozen.

While the menu appears to be gluten/vegan friendly, once I ordered the fries I was informed that everything goes into the same fryer. Thus, nothing is truly gluten free.
Upon ordering a burger to be gluten free (with the upcharge) when it arrived it had a gluten laden fried onion ring.
When we sought to remedy this, the poor undertrained staff were very stressed and didn't know what to do. Clearly management did not give them adequate training.
As for the food, the beef, while better then fastfood beef, really just tastes like Sysco Angus. It may be locally sourced, but that doesn't mean it's got a quality source.
The burger itself (black and blu) was just.... "Meh". All the flavors just kinda blended, and nothing stood out. They all just kinda melted away into nothingness. It wasn't worth the time and energy to finish. (and it is a source of energy in in of itself. Technically)
The fries were cooked, but the seasoning wasn't amazing. We got the MD seasoning with old bay and vinegar. They didn't have enough salt, and they didn't actually put any vinegar on.
All in all, it's just not worth $14+ a burger. Your paying for the cute building, the cast iron pans they serve the fries in, custom wood skewers for each burger, etc. Rude indeed.
Moving away from the food:
The aesthetics were good initially, but the longer we sat there the worse it got.
Badly designed barrel tables with too high chairs, lights hanging at head level, a speaker plugged into an extension cord outside, tables were technically cleared, but not cleaned or sanitized. Also, what appears to be the freezer is outside and it was sitting at a steady 36°. Not food safe. Sadly we saw that after we finished eating.
If you are looking for a quick bite, just go to McDonald's or Wendy's or something. If you want aesthetics, any real restaurant will do.
I will miss my lost money.
