Not Safe For Celiacs nor Gluten Allergies. I was hella gluten bombed here a few days back. I made sure to check celiac on every item. Was handed a wheat bun in a Nashville hot. When i sent it back, because i refused to even touch the plate, nothing was remade freshly nor safely and I've been sick af since. This was supposed to be a safe place for a celiac to eat. It was not. The kitchen really needs to brush up on safe handling and reading tickets.
