TGI Fridays

Aug 4th, 2017. Alright, I have to say this was a another disappointment in the Friday"s chain. I ate here with my sister and brother-in-law and this was bad. The waitress (Misty) was very helpful and apologetic, her ticket was written correctly but the food was wrong. I believe the kitchen manager came out delivering a gluten free chicken dinner with shrimp. Unfortunately, the shrimp was missing. My sister worried that the meal might be compromised, she asked when he came out with the shrimp. He said in a lack luster answer it was fine. Then I had asked for the top sirloin to be medium, of course it wasn't..well done it was. Also, my salad I had asked for no tomatoes and salad came out with the actual meal, not before, with tomatoes. I'm allergic! Then to top it off ordered dessert, asked for the Oreo madness, with caramel sauce drizzeled over it. Guess what, came out extra chocolate sauce. So I say this, maybe you should have some more training on your kitchen staff to read the tickets/screen. Have the runners double check said tickets. Oh and this was on a Friday night at 6 where the wait was not bad nor busy at all.
