⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5- will go back)
Sometimes places are too quick to say the ribs are ‘fall off the bone’ - because while that is good, it isn’t always best. These ribs aren’t fall off the bone, but they are great. The sauce is unique.
I asked for the brisket ‘wet’ (fatty), and it was good. I got a combo meal to try two sides - baked beans and collards. Both were great.
The combo let me try the bbq chicken, which I don’t normally get. It was good. I liked the dark meat.
All the meats are gluten free / gf. They are very allergen aware, but it isn’t listed on the menu yet. Great bbq in Connecticut!
