The taste is not bad, but the staff is really not aware of how to safely serve customers with allergy concerns. My partner is really allergic to gluten, and we asked specifically for her food to be gluten-free. The food took some time, and when it arrived the noodles were swapped with my order (not gluten free). Kindly the waiter offered to take it back to the kitchen and change them, but it was to no avail. She had a very strong reaction to the food. I hope this review helps to make Tanpopo aware of the need for food safety training and labelling.
