The Old Spaghetti Factory

We love going here! The building is so beautiful with the wood and stain glass everywhere. Gorgeous spot for pictures. The have so much seating that it’s always easy to get a table. The food is consistently good. The staff is always on point. We’ve never had a bad server or bar tender. Even their gluten free options are yummy!

My family is completely disappointed. We came here because my mom has celiac disease. They specifically have a gluten free menu with gluten free pasta. They gave her the gluten free menu (only thing on it is pasta and salad) they came back and said they are completely out of gluten free pasta. We are so disappointed that they advertise having gluten free items but do not keep them stocked. Now she has to eat a bland salad while we all eat pasta around her. It is completely frustrating and disheartening for my mom. I will say that the server was very apologetic but that does not fix the issue.
