FOH are next level. The coeliacs amongst us ate sensational plates with confidence, thanks to the care, attention and communication from our waitstaff.
Bar staff know how to manage a crowd, and while we weren’t the rowdy ones, you’ve got to appreciate a team that can make everyone feel safe, noticed and still free to enjoy themselves. No fun police, just brilliant service, respect and intuition.
The gentleman we assume to be the owner was on the tools, charismatic and apparently smoking briskets in the front yard this morning. Again, you have to appreciate this level of care.
To qualify my options. 27 years a chef. Live in the Yarra valley, and would travel the 3 hours any day to have the same experience. So much love for this space, food and service. Absolute perfection.
