Buckle up, you’re in for an amazing ride. Celebrated our mum’s/mother in law’s/grandmother’s 70th last night. Food was simple, delicious, on point, abundant, cooked to perfection by a team that obviously care about what they are doing. Thank you kitchen team!!! Keep doing what you’re doing. FOH are next level. The coeliacs amongst us ate sensational plates with confidence, thanks to the care, attention and communication from our waitstaff. No fun police, just brilliant service, respect and intuition. The gentleman we assume to be the owner was on the tools, charismatic and apparently smoking briskets in the front yard this morning. Again, you have to appreciate this level of care. To qualify my options. 27 years a chef. Live in the Yarra valley, and would travel the 3 hours any day to have the same experience. So much love for this space, food and service. Absolute perfection.
