My wife and I went there last week and weee lucky enough to have Kendra as our server. We have a gluten allergy and Kendra was sure to let us know what didn’t have gluten in it. They were a huge help and very personable. Hopefully we get them again next time we go out for a meal.

Had the yellow curry with chicken to give them another chance. Taste was good and good size portion. The reason it was a chance was because the last time I came was at supper time and the chicken I got was dark brown and tasted a week old. Not sure if it's just better to always come here at lunch time or what the issue was last time because it was okay this time. Also of note, they do have gluten-free options and I have celiac disease and I did not get sick after eating the yellow curry.

Have eaten here a number of times since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease last year. Most of the time I order the Oh La La Crepes, which are delicious, however, my last visit in, I was made aware upon ordering (for the first time, despite ordering it numerous times in the past as someone with CD) that the crepes are cooked on the same surface as the non gluten free pancakes. This was the first staff member to make me aware, so I wanted to share with others, just in case the proper information isn’t being provided, as it hadn’t been to me for at least 10 visits.

Milda's is a little hole in the wall pizza place located in the basement of the Arts Centre. It is a little hard to find, but the food is good so it is worth the effort. Cash or debit only so be prepared for that. Pizza is tasty with interesting flavors you won't see at the typical chains. I liked the 3 little pigs pizza, but they have other tasty options too. Food quality is overall pretty good but some items, like the tomato sauce, could have used more seasoning to really stand out. This review is specific to my needs, and will likely only apply to other folks who are gluten intolerant. On my visit, staff were great to deal with, so I appreciate the staff engagement. My issue was- I am gluten intolerant, and the Coffee Mill has virtually ZERO gluten free options. This surprised me, I can always find SOMETHING wherever I go, I am not a fussy eater... but my only choices at the Coffee Mill were a slice of gluten free bread, or some bacon. For the first time ever, I left a restaurant without eating because they had ZERO suitable options. If you (or someone in your party) is GF, you might want to give the Coffee Mill a pass.
