Delicious food, massive portion sizes and they catered very well for a gluten free diet including homemade bread and pancakes. We visit Hard Rock globally and have membership, so of course we could not miss Hard Rock Cartagena.
Food: it was hard to get gluten-free options and very difficult for our server to understand, even though the menu shows the gluten-free options. We used Google translate to give the full requirements (translated to spanish). Most other restaurants in the area were more helpful. The server brought the order with wheat/gluten bun after full explanation received. Disappointed.
Atmosphere: amazing with great selections all over the walls. Music is playing all the time and not too loud.

The menu included allergy labels, which we initially appreciated—until we realized they were not entirely accurate or comprehensive. For example, the Waffles de Yuca were labeled as lactose-free, vegan, and gluten-free, yet they were served with a whole egg on top—an ingredient that is not vegan-friendly.
Additionally, the açaí bowl arrived partially frozen with noticeable ice chunks. When I requested it to be warmed up, the staff initially explained that açaí is traditionally served cold but eventually blended it to adjust the texture. Their kids waffle dish was also disappointing. Why would you advertise an elaborate bear head waffle and just give some random thing to customers? (See photos).
My favourite dish was the Cayeye de la Casa—incredibly flavorful and unique.
Overall, the staff was friendly, but if you have food allergies, I recommend double-checking the menu, as the labelling may not be entirely reliable. They had high chairs and a kid menu.

I have a gluten allergy and our server Andrés did an excellent job making sure I felt good about what I was ordering and how it was prepared.
For drinks we had cold brew, a cappuccino, shared a smoothie (pineapple, mango, passionfruit) and loved all of them. The cold brew was so smooth.
For our food we split the tropical bowl (with GF oats), the feta toast (on GF bread), and the fresh bagel sandwich (but on GF bread). All three were delicious.
The feta toast was probably my favorite, smashed avocado with feta, strawberries, and a drizzle of balsamic. I'm definitely gonna try and make that myself, it was outstanding.
Anyway, all thumbs up. Ten stars. Would definitely recommend.

My last dinner after my almost two month stay in Medellín and I couldn’t have picked a better place! The food was riquísima and the staff and ambiance were warm and welcoming. I had the Alfredo especial with tocineta and gluten free pasta! The pasta was cooked perfectly and not mushy. As a gluten intolerant individual, this was such an amazing find and I wish I had visited more often.

This place was mind blowingly good. If you are Finlandia, be sure to eat here. The food is AMAZING and the view is spectacular. My partner could not stop raving about the hummus dish for the entire day (it was THAT good) we also enjoyed the vegan nachos, the Frida virgin drink, and their drink special. It helps to make a reservation in advance so you can get a table with a view. Definitely come and enjoy the cuisine, it’s the best part of Finlandia :) They don’t have an extensive vegan/ veg menu, but there are several options, gluten-free as well.

Stayed in Medellin for 6 days and came back here every single day. I didn’t want to leave the city because it would mean not eating here anymore. The menu is amazing with loads of vegan and gluten free options. The staff was really kind, was served by the same girl everyday who was always really kind and welcoming. I ordered the rainbow
Tofu bowl a lot and it was always delicious. Also had the tacos and vegan burger which were also great. The little vegan chocolates sold beside the till are great ! Definitely go here if you’re in Medellin

Nice place although too loaded with inputs. Extremely loud music and people dressed up with no sense whatsoever (more like carnival in Brazil).
The service is pretentious and has the air of a star, even though they exceed many limits and "cut" quite a bit. In the toilet it seems like you are with a guard, and he forces you to do what he says...
The food leaves a lot to be desired. Especially because of the expectation they generate. Also, despite asking to avoid gluten, they put noodles in the rabbit rice.
