A pleasant discovery, this excellent gluten-free Bistro! The lady prepared us 2 dishes of delicious Amatriciana express. I had some excellent desserts! Truly, if only there were more places like this for us celiacs, one in every city! Compliments to all the staff 👏
Exceptional experience! I must say that I am celiac and I had no difficulty because they have several gluten-free dishes. Very careful about contamination, very kind staff, fast service. I ate fish. Unfortunately they do not have gluten-free pizzas. I recommend everyone to try it!
It happened to me by chance, a little hidden but very happy to have chosen it. Top quality of the fish, both raw and cooked, spectacular first courses, perfect cooking despite being gluten-free, friendly staff always available, very familiar environment, top chef, honest prices, we will definitely return to Terracina to eat at their place, go, you won't regret it 😋
We were looking for a place to eat gluten free and vegan. The name certainly didn't invite you to enter, but we definitely changed our minds once we entered. Never judge a book by its cover!!! The very kind owners immediately put us at ease, ensuring maximum attention to intolerances. The service perhaps not too fast, but with the place full I would say it was normal. The place is modernly furnished with some retro touches. The dishes were all very good and well plated. We were a group of 7 people and I would say the costs were in line with the dishes. However, I tasted a nice piece of meat and it is definitely worth stopping by. The only celiac vegan responded positively, a sign that even if a restaurant specializing in meat is called "the slaughterhouse", it can take on the role of a small garden.
We didn't eat badly, the risotto was good (it was rather bland) the good thing was the fried gluten-free fish, really good. The only thing that ruined everything was the bill: two first courses, a second course, a side dish, a water, a glass of beer and two sorbets for 80 euros. Am I wrong in saying this is too much?
Exceptional place, I highly recommend it especially for those with celiac disease.. rich and not too exaggerated menu, delicious toasties even the gluten free ones, I also tasted the second courses and they are truly worth it.. I recommend going there, it's worth it!! Very kind and professional owner, clean environment and excellent service, we can only say "Thank you" we will definitely be back!! :D
The restaurant is family-run, orders and accounts are managed by the owners while table service is carried out by young guys, all very kind and helpful. Nothing to say about the location, right in the historic center! We really appreciated the gluten-free fried fish, (difficult to find in general and finding it good is almost impossible), crispy and dry at the right point, the cake, also gluten free, a delight. I was told that the spaghetti with clams (with gluten) was normal. The more than honest final bill was fully worth the quality of the food!
A chance meeting with Ivana in a bar in Serapo made us discover her restaurant on the sea with a sunset view, an intimate and quiet setting, a fish-based dinner suitable for celiacs with the possibility of choosing many gluten-free dishes such as fried calamari and prawns all seasoned with the kindness of the staff, especially Marco who always has a smile and great attention towards customers, making them feel pampered.
My favorite dish was the stuffed squid stuffed with escarole and olives.
Highly recommended for celiacs and others
Excellent catering, high quality raw materials, fresh fish, good combinations and preparation of the dishes. I enjoyed local bread and oil, the amberjack tartare and oysters, the cream puff with mushrooms and truffle was very good, the first courses were excellent, tagliolini with seafood, tagliolini with anchovies, Tropea onions and dried tomatoes, tortelli with butter and truffle. Wide selection of wines, I enjoyed an excellent local Moscato wine from the cellar. Very good dessert, coffee ice cream with sambuca, excellent combination. The place is not too large but well furnished, with good background music, and suitable for those who want a quiet and private atmosphere. They also offer gluten-free cuisine. Friendly, polite staff, good service. Average prices and in relation to the quality of the various proposals. I recommend it.
Excellent proposal, refined selection of combinations, quality and freshness of the raw materials, well-prepared dishes and a careful and non-obvious wine list. Attentive and professional service. The gluten-free version of the dishes is also excellent, careful and without any contamination. Presence of park and games for children.
Welcoming restaurant and very good food in generous portions.
I attended the restaurant with a group of friends, the staff was very helpful especially to the needs of a celiac friend of mine.
Total cost of €140 for 6 people.
