Food was mediocre. Sounded incredible on the menu, and waitress recommended my choice so I ordered the breaded chicken boa buns. They came with an undressed slaw and a drizzle of sauce on top. It lacked moisture and flavour, even with extra sauces, but I ate because I was hungry from travelling. Beer selection was incredible, and the beer I had was a gluten free IPA which I recommend. The the waffle chips were nice and crispy. Atmosphere is laid back and I get the industrial aesthetic, but personally I found the many adjectives to describe “toilet” written in the stairs off putting to read while eating. I felt the servers, although nice, lacked professionalism, as it wasn’t hard to overhear their personal conversations to each other. I also found their overly nice schpeel a little scripted and inauthentic when paying. It was ok all in all. Wouldn’t not recommend the place, just personally felt it didn’t deliver.
