A group of us celebrated a friend's 50th here, never visited before and it was wonderful. Service was attentive but not intrusive, and our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and appropriate amount for the party. I'd definitely advise going as a group, as it gave us an opportunity to try lots of the small plates, and there really wasn't a disappointing one amongst them. Last night we ordered pizzas from Deliveroo from Posillipo and I have to say, it was the best pizza I’ve had in YEARS!! I’m gluten free and vegan and I was delighted to see the size of my pizza was the same as the others, usually it’s a fraction of the size! I lived in Brighton for 7 years and of all the places that serve vegan pizza there, this pizza beats them all!!! Thank you SO much we will absolutely be ordering again and visiting soon!!!!!!

Fantastic restaurant in a very accessible location in Broadstairs, the staff were incredibly affable with great advice of what to have.
The food was incredibly delicious, I had the gammon ciabatta and my partner had the Buddha bowl, both were fantastically prepared and well flavoured, my partner loved how fresh and delicious the food was.
We also grabbed coffee and cake, there is a great range of cakes for different dietary requirements ours was gluten free and vegan and tasted fantastic!

The lovely folks at Little Wave did us proud in opening especially for us on a Monday. They welcomed our party of seven (plus dog) with politeness, smiles and treats (for all of us, as well as the dog), and served wonderful, homemade mezze and a selection of alcoholic and soft drinks. My daughter also tucked into the freshly cooked cinnamon ricotta doughnuts, and as a extra treat we were sent on our way with some excellent, home baked plant based choc chip cookies (I'm vegan and was very well catered for, as were the gluten free and meat eaters alike). Great dining experience at The Pickled Herring. The restaurant itself has great outdoor seating options for a sunny day but also a lovely indoor seating space. The staff members were very welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable on options for gluten free guests. I'd recommend the duck & bavette specials. I would happily go back on my next visit to Broadstairs.
