Expect quick service in a clean indoor environment, perfect for road trippers needing a quick refill.
Why was it packed at 2pm on a weekday? Because the pizza is great! Gluten free available too.

A haven for plant-based delights and dietary diversities, this spot also boasts of a fun atmosphere with an impressive wine and drink selection.
The restaurant has a great atmosphere and the food is excellent. The menu has a lot of interesting choices and offers many options for non-meat eaters and those who are gluten sensitive. We tried the Shanghai Shrimp and duck tacos for appetizers and shared the vegetable ravioli as our main course, followed by flourless chocolate cake with fresh berries. All of the dishes were gluten free and prepared exceptionally well. We will definitely be returning to try more items from the menu.

Expect a lively, casual atmosphere with speedy service and a build-your-own pizza concept that won't disappoint.
A few years behind with this review. I had spent a few months in the Palm Desert area a couple of years ago. I have celiac and am always looking for the best gluten-free pizza. The gluten-free pizza prepared by Blaze Pizza is what I use as a guage for other gluten-free pizzas. The gluten-free pizza is far and away better than any others I have tried. I live in NJ and have had gluten-free pizza from NJ to the Southeast, to Midwest, and finally to Blaze Pizza in Palm Desert. If you are in the area, it is well worth a visit. Staff was always personable and knowledgeable related to the required care, preventing contamination from gluten. Wish I had one now, along with a couple of gluten-free beers.

A popular spot with a great atmosphere, especially on the patio, known for its large portions and unique drinks like the meal-in-a-glass Bloody Mary.
My daughter and I like to come here often to catch up and have good conversations and spend some quality time together. The Carmel iced coffee is delicious. The egg benedicts are very good. Last time though I wanted regular pancakes and unfortunately they only had the gluten free. Hate to say it because we like this place, but they were terrible. Besides that, the waiters are kind and friendly, we love the location and the atmosphere is good. We will definitely be back soon and would recommend trying it out for yourself!

A must-visit for unique pizza options, with a special shoutout to the Alba pizza and the delightful cannoli dessert.
So I’ve been here in Palm Desert for 2 weeks- staying a month, and just finished my 4th dinner at Pieros Pizzavino on el paseo. As fantastic as the first! What a delicious, quality, meal with the freshest salads in town. The people are quick and friendly, they know the menu and very accommodating- best gluten free crust. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks Else 😄 *note* this review was written by my mom, but I love Piero’s too!

A popular spot with a stunning interior, offering a wide variety of beer and wine, and desserts that are a treat to the senses.
Delicious, beautiful, fine high end Italian dining in Palm Springs!! The service was really good - our waiters were accommodating and gave my friend a free dessert bc it was her bachelerette! the pasta did take a while to come out though - which makes sense because they make the food super fresh but it felt a little bit too long and the wait wasn’t fun, but the pasta was genuine and really good! My friends had the bolognese and spaghetti carbonara and those tasted really good. I had the gluten free penne - the gluten free penne wasn’t as tasty but makes sense because it’s gluten free - but it’s nice that they even offer gluten free options for people with gluten sensitivity! The portions for these plates were also not astronomical, they’re expensive dishes and a little less than average portion. We also shared an appetizer which I forgot the name but it was raw beef with arugula and cheese on top. It made my stomache feel a bit queasy but I think that’s because I never eat raw things - not a huge fan but it’s an acquired taste. They also have complementary bread which is warm and fresh and it was tasty. Would recommend coming here for a fancy dinner if you’re in the area!

A team-oriented spot with a casual vibe, offering a plethora of vegetarian options and bottomless chips and salsa.
Favourite restaurant in Palm Springs/Desert. Lovely family owned who take care of our family with so much care. Lots of gluten-free options. We were very confident that the restaurant is celiac safe. Food was absolutely delicious. Will be back here on our next trip!

A beloved spot, yet patrons are yearning for healthier choices and clearer menu labeling.
Please add more gluten free soy free and sugar free options. This is one of few places without gluten free buns and bread.

I was disappointed that there were hardly any gluten-free items available to order.
