$47 for 3 hamburgers and a fry, to-go. Got home, not sure if they ran out of buns or if they are doing something new, but all 3 had what appeared to be wheat or gluten free buns. Fine... but it completely changed the taste of what we wanted and at $50 for a 2-person dinner, really felt disappointed. Been here 5 or 6 times and it's been disappointing at least 3. When everything is right, it's pretty good, but even then a bit pricey.

A delightful dining spot with a variety of options for different diets, but could improve on their mojito and music timing.

Delicious pepper lamb! Gluten-free options are not so tasty. But the waiters were nice. Nice ambiance and seating outside.

Absolutely delicious pizza! I was shocked that the gluten free black and white was actually better than the normal dough. The prego pizza didn’t work on my wife but we still enjoyed everything. Prices are a little high for pizza so just be ready for that going in, it’s a nice atmosphere

The pasta and napa salad made a great combination. They were out of desserts except the gluten free chocolate chip cookies, which were hard and stale. I would still go back for the entrees!

Andaman Thai is my new favorite Thai restaurant in Walnut Creek!! Located across the street from the downtown Kaiser hospital, it is pulled slightly away from the hubbub of central downtown with easier parking (there is a mid-sized lot for the shopping center, though all the spots were metered in recent years at $2/hr). The interior ambiance is very nice- everything is incredibly clean and well-decorated with real plants and fun seasonal decor. The staff are incredibly nice, welcoming, and knowledgable. I am vegan and gluten-free, and most items on the menu can be made vegan/vegetarian and gluten-free upon request. I especially recommend the Thai Iced Tea (you can order with coconut milk for dairy-free and it has a fun shaved ice on top), Basil Fried Rice, and the Pad Thai (a strong take on the classic). The service is quick to get seated (normally within 10 mins even when busy- they don't take reservations but you can add yourself to the waitlist in person or when nearby), and the food also comes out quickly (within 5 mins of ordering for starters and within 15 mins of ordering for entrees). The pricing is standard for Thai food in Walnut Creek (around $15 per vegetarian entree) but the portion sizes are more generous than other places. Andaman is also family-owned and have a very sweet mission/history statement about honoring their late chef- father in the menu. I feel happy to support them and grateful to have them in Walnut Creek! My experience ordering takeout from them (via DoorDash) has also been smooth- food was well-packed for travel and still fresh when it arrived. Definitely check out Andaman Thai if you are craving high-quality, well-priced, dietary-restrictions-accessible Thai food in the Walnut Creek area!

This was a fabulous place to grab lunch. As a person who must eat gluten free, I found the menu to be friendly to food allergies, the server was knowledgeable, and they took care to prevent cross contamination. The entire experience was terrific.

Torsap is our go to for special meals. My son has celiac and the staff (hostesses/wait staff) here are exemplary at making sure his food is gluten free without cross contamination.
