Kailene was an excellent server. I'm gluten free, can't have cream sauce or lemon and she helped us find something great to eat. We have a hard time deciding what to eat and she was patient with us so we could take our time deciding without feeling pressured. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place has become one of my regular spots! I LOVE that they offer gluten free options. The staff are all very knowledgeable about which options can be made to fit my dietary restrictions. Their sushi is yummy and they have a great lunch menu!

This was my second time going to Coopers Hawk in Mandarin and it was even more amazing than the first. I was with my daughter, her husband, and 4 kids ages 7 to 15. Parking is a breeze, we were seated quickly, and greeted by our waitress, Leslie, right away. Leslie was perky and informative and unfriendly and attentive. She made sure to give the kids attention and even catered to my gluten free granddaughter. They have a great gluten free menu! All of the food came out hot and tasted amazing. My daughter and I got a flight of wine, which was amazing and a great price, and Leslie was great at helping us pick out what we liked! There was a minor mix up on my daughter’s plate which was very quickly and easily rectified! I would highly recommend going here. And you’ll be blessed to get Leslie to wait for you!

Perfect for a date or a nice evening out. Our waitress was Taho, and she really added to our experience. Nudo is a restaurant that is hard to define because they have so many differs styles of food. Thin noodles, thick noodles, pho, Thai, Vietnamese and a little fusion thrown in too. You really cannot go wrong. But the food: Spring rolls (chicken) - delightfully bound in rice paper (insures it is gluten free) Sugar Cane Prawns - shrimp paste wrapped around a stick of sugarcane. Crab Rangoon - light full fried, delightful taste. Hong Kong Noodles - thick noodles in a brown sauce with seafood (or your choice). Pad Thai - solid option. Vermicelli with grilled chicken - Do much food, so good. Fried Chicken with rice - another big dish, delicious Perfect dinner option when you cannot decide what you want but you know you want Asian food.

I wish I lived here to have more naan tacos this year. This is a fusion place you should not miss. The flavor profile of chicken curry and mango salsa will be in my dreams for a little while. Their staff was super helpful in figuring out what to order and answering questions about allergy information for a celiac family member. They let us know all their food except the naan bread is Gluten Free. We did not consider their protocol to be celiac safe. They said they would clean the line and change gloves for gluten sensitivity. We had other family members go first and observed them touching the serving spoons directly to the naan bread and placing them back in the food containers. This does not fit the cross contamination rules we were taught to keep our celiac family member safe. This is a wonderful place for anyone with gluten sensitivity or less. I would happily return myself but will go as a family elsewhere until the cross contamination is sorted.
