Nudo Vietnamese Cuisine

Perfect for a date or a nice evening out. Our waitress was Taho, and she really added to our experience. Nudo is a restaurant that is hard to define because they have so many differs styles of food. Thin noodles, thick noodles, pho, Thai, Vietnamese and a little fusion thrown in too. You really cannot go wrong. But the food: Spring rolls (chicken) - delightfully bound in rice paper (insures it is gluten free) Sugar Cane Prawns - shrimp paste wrapped around a stick of sugarcane. Crab Rangoon - light full fried, delightful taste. Hong Kong Noodles - thick noodles in a brown sauce with seafood (or your choice). Pad Thai - solid option. Vermicelli with grilled chicken - Do much food, so good. Fried Chicken with rice - another big dish, delicious Perfect dinner option when you cannot decide what you want but you know you want Asian food.
