Foo Dog has been my favorite for years for gluten free food deliciousness. As someone with celiac, this place is a dream come true. Everything is so flavorful and unique from anything else around Jax. I try a new dish or app every time and I’m never disappointed. I love introducing this place to others. Jen at P.F. Chang’s is the real MVP. From the moment we sat down, she had the perfect balance of friendly and professional. She took our order (yes, she wrote it down like a true pro) and made sure every detail was spot on. The service was smooth, the timing was perfect, and she made the whole experience feel effortless.
We had the gluten-free fried rice and Chang’s Spicy Chicken. Both were incredible, and Jen made sure the gluten-free order was handled with care, which we really appreciated.
She kept the vibe light, made us laugh, and honestly just made the night better. It felt like we were in good hands the whole time.
P.F. Chang’s, take note. Jen deserves a raise, a promotion, and maybe her own signature dish. “Jen’s Spicy Chicken 2.0” has a nice ring to it.
We’ll absolutely be back, and we’re definitely asking for Jen.

💙 I ate at the Blue Orchid Thai restaurant for the first time this past week with my friend.
It captures your attention right away with its beautiful interior and large outdoor eating porch. We decided to sit outside because the weather was so nice.
I ordered my fav Thai dish, Drunken Noodles. They are great about taking care of gluten allergies there and the dish tasted very fresh and delicious. My friend got the yellow curry and she loved it.

Our party of 9 all enjoyed our meals and it was a good place for us to be able to socialize and actually be able to talk. So many restaurants are too loud, but this was a great setting for us. Hawker’s was my first stop for my trip to Jacksonville. I sure was craving Asian cuisine and this place is the place to go-to. The decor and atmosphere was very lively and see why it is. The food was fantastic and delightful especially the Roast Duck Bao. The Bao is so simple few ingredients which makes it amazing and always been my favorite. The other dishes Roti, C.K.T, Singapore definitely complement each other and can hold its own. Viet-Spresso was a very good twist to the popular espresso martini but more of kicker going into the veins. As I’m typing this, I can taste all the food once again.
