We’ve been going to A Bit of Saigon for almost a decade because, they have the best Pho (yes, it’s pronounced FUH) broth in the city. We always get at least one dark meat chicken Pho (which you can’t get anywhere else that we’ve tried).
We hadn’t been back since I was diagnosed with celiac disease about a year ago but had it tonight and it was as amazing as usual. The owner said avoid Hoisan sauce because it does in fact have wheat in it. He also said about 90% of their menu is Gluten free so please try other items and mention gluten free when you write them a great review!
