This is such a cute restaurant in the heart of midtown. They have indoor, patio and upstairs seating. The food is amazing! I had the lobster bisque to start then shrimp and grits. Yum! They have meat, vegetarian and even gluten free options. Prices were resonable and our service was quick! Note: there are only 3 unisex bathrooms so be aware if it's busy when you dine you may need to wait. There's a parking deck near by within walking distance but be prepared to pay (like with any place in atl) not sure if they have validation. We weren't offered any but didn't expect any either. It didn't take away from our experience. Would still highly recommend.

We went late on a Saturday night (like an hour and a half before closing) and we're pleasantly surprised to be the only diners. As someone with a gluten allergy, it is very difficult to find gf ramen that is *not* cross contaminated with the regular ramen.
They not only offer gf noodles, but many of their ramen broths also come in a gf version, making this the PERFECT ramen spot for someone like me. I got the Signature ramen and it was *delicious* Quite possibly the best ramen I've ever had AND it didn't make me sick.
Our server was the most adorable young woman with a light of a personality. She made us laugh, kept our water glasses full, and was overall very friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough.
Mary and other team member was so kind and welcoming. It warmed my heart. I have enjoyed being here. They gave gluten free cracker for those who are GF.
There is a really kind buff dude with a long pony tail of dreadlocks that has been super awesome about greeting us both times my husband and I ate here. The gluten free pancakes are some of the best pancakes I've ever ate. Gluten or not. Jalapeno omelet, amazing. Benedicts on point. The buff guy with the dreads makes better drinks than the lady did, but this place is a new favorite for me when visiting Atlanta
CI is one of my favorite spots in the city and my go-to for dessert & coffee after dinner. My onnnneeeee critique is the lack of gluten free options. Y’all used to offer at least a cake, a ganache, and cheesecake. Lately it’s been just the cheesecake, which is phenomenal always, but I would love more variety.
My standard “Sho Me Your Roni” was very good. My wife’s gluten-free was beautiful looking, but almost completely raw dough. The kid at the register was new and doesn’t seem to have been trained very much at all (not his fault). The African American young man definitely knew what he was doing and was super nice.

We had a large party in the back room. Our friends who hosted the party choose the menu with several options. I have to maintain a gluten free diet. Nico the manager was very helpful in assuring me I could choose my own meal. Vera our bartender and waitress was awesome. She really makes a great espresso martini. Thank you so much to all for making the night easy and yummy!
We had a fantastic evening at this restaurant! The service was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely delicious, as were the drinks. The patio was lovely and we highly recommend the hush puppies, crab dip, sea bass, and swordfish. They also have many gluten-free options. We had no trouble finding street parking.

Wonderful restaurant with great food and service. Mark the manager went above my expectations in correcting an error with my ordered entree that was delivered to me not prepared gluten free. Not only was he sincerely apologetic he comped my entree, wine and a dessert. Thank you for your kindness.
Every time I’ve come here, the service and food has been excellent! Shout out to K-O (no clue how to spell his name, but he’s phenomenal!)
Their gluten free pasta (penne) is good. They are great at accommodating dietary needs and cresting something special. I’m also dairy free, and they are helpful to craft something that works! Good ambience too
Their sorbetto dessert is very good - love how it comes inside the frozen fruit. The peach sorbetto was absolutely delicious - sad that they got rid of it.
The relocated building is very nice, elegant - inviting atmosphere. I’ve been to both the old location which got torn down and the new one, which is only a few blocks from the old. It can get a bit loud in there.
One difference is noticed is this most recent visit, we didn’t get complimentary bread with the meal whereas all past visits came with the bread plus oil
They do offer a free dessert on your birthday, which was welcomed!
Mellow Mushroom Midtown – Pizza, Vibes, and Good Times
If you haven’t hit up Mellow Mushroom Midtown yet, what are you even doing? This spot has been slinging the best pizza in ATL for nearly 30 years, and they’re still absolutely crushing it.
Our host Jack (Jackson) was on point—super chill, knew the menu inside out, and hooked us up with some top-tier recommendations. The dough is next level, the toppings are premium, and the flavors? Straight-up legendary. Plus, they’ve got gluten-free and vegan options so no one’s missing out.
The location is prime—right in the heart of Midtown, just minutes from the World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and more. Whether you’re a student at Georgia Tech, GSU, or SCAD, or just looking for a go-to pizza spot, this place delivers.
And let’s talk drinks—22 draft beers, handcrafted cocktails, and a vibe that’s always on point. Perfect for pre-gaming, post-class hangs, or just kicking back with your crew. Need to feed the squad? Their catering game is strong.
Bottom line: If you’re looking for killer pizza, good energy, and a solid hangout spot in ATL, Mellow Mushroom Midtown is where it’s at. Pull up and thank me later
Their gluten free bun option was the best I've ever had, idk if they just actually toasted it correctly or if it was a different kind of bread than I usually get but it was SO delicious! I ordered their Smash burger - I'm not going to lie, I've never had a smash burger before - but this was absolutely delicious. My partner devoured his in like 3 minutes so it's safe to say he enjoyed his as well. Loved the atmosphere in there too, just super chill, clean, great for families or big groups and also perfect for couples to grab a quick meal before a show. Highly recommend
Stopped in after a night at the Botanica Garden lights with a party of 8. Serves was friendly and food was delicious! Kids and adults enjoyed everything we ordered. Food came out quickly and as ordered. Even the hummus appears to be made in house. They have Gluten free options.
The pizzas were tasty, but a little dry for my taste. They came out in about 15 minutes and were overall solid. I loved the atmosphere of the food hall, and would return to try out some other options. Big props for having a gluten free crust option as well.
Price was a bit high, but not terrible for the city center.
I have celiac and I loved this place. They were happy to make the eggs Benedict with gluten-free toast and the side of fruit was very fresh. My husband had the blueberry crunch cake and really enjoyed it as well.
This review is based on a delivery order with Uber Eats. I have never been in this establishment in person.
My daughter asked me one night if I wanted a taco. She gave me a Birria Taco. The flavors bloomed in my mouth. It tasted so darn good. I thought about that taco all night.
The next day I ordered my own. Omg! I purchased Shrimp Tacos, Al Pastor Tacos, Birria Barbacoa with extra cilantro and onions, Pico De Gallo, and Guacamole. At the time it was Buy 1 Get 1 Free so I had two of each taco.
The flavors are amazing in all of them. I will definitely be going to their location because they a large variety of tacos. Not just the basics. I will say the pineapple in the Al Pastor was a hit as well. It was a nice surprise.
If you are allergic to certain foods please read the description carefully. A lot of their menu is also gluten free.
Al Pastor

Birria Barbacoa

Grilled Shrimp

South American treats & attentive service.
I stopped by for breakfast at the opening on a Sunday morning. My wife likes it for dinner and wine with friends.
The patio is far enough from the street to enjoy Peachtree without feeling like the traffic intrudes on your meal. The inside has a community table, bar and some 2-tops along a benches wall. It makes it easy to have a couple of a large group.
The service is polite with a kindness that feels welcoming. I'd come back just for that.
The espresso was smooth with a nice crema. If you drink espresso straight, you'll like this.
We had the Desayuno Criollo. It's a generous portion of food. It's like the Venezuelan version of the Full Scottish Breakfast. The arepas on the breakfast were tasty little clumps but the individual arepas are like big, gluten-free biscuits. The eggs were pretty standard. The braised beef was tasty and tender.
This was an easy, quick upscale breakfast on a lazy Sunday.
I was intrigued to finally visit this Mediterranean spot after hearing my friend rave about it. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a line of enthusiastic diners, all praising the restaurant's quality.
The ordering process is similar to Chipotle, allowing you to customize your meal: choose a base (plate, salad, or wrap), select your protein, and add your desired sides. I was impressed to learn that they use no processed ingredients and cater well to vegans and gluten-free diets, ensuring there's something delicious for everyone. Many diners were raving about the lamb, but I opted for the seafood dish with salmon and grouper.
While the flavors were good, I was slightly disappointed by the portion size. I felt it was a bit small for the price. Additionally, the variety of seafood on my plate was limited from what was in the dish. The rice and vegetable sides I selected were also on the smaller side.
The service, however, was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire ordering process.
Highlight: Generous samples of the soup were offered, and the vegetable soup I tried was delicious.
Overall: I enjoyed my meal and would definitely return to explore other menu options.
A hidden gem in Atlanta. It’s like you’ve escaped to Europe, with a wonderful outdoor patio. Great food (gluten free options) and service. Omelette and salad was on the smaller side so if you’re hungry opt for the waffles
H&F is the best cheeseburger in midtown proper, even if it is a bit more expensive than some other options. I pair it with their house bourbon for a fantastic meal that’s kept me coming back every couple months for years.
There aren’t a ton of options for my partner, who is both Gluten Fred (Celiac) and vegetarian. They’re flexible with modifications for her, but just not a ton to choose from.
The other cool thing about H&F is that it flies under the radar. It’s easier to get a reservation or no-wait/short-wait … especially for weekend brunch meals.
Fantastic restaurant with a very wonderful staff. They were very accomidating to my gluten and dairy allergies. Additionally the food is very tasty. Would definitely recommend the tandoori octopus
The food here is fantastic, and the portions are generous—great value for the money! The service was outstanding, especially Jasmyn, who went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary restrictions. As someone with gluten sensitivity, I often have to ask a lot of questions about menu items, but Jasmyn was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She guided me through the menu, ensured everything I ordered was gluten-free and free of cross-contamination, and even helped me pick the perfect drinks. If you're a seafood lover visiting Atlanta, I highly recommend this spot! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.
I love this place! If I’m at colony square, I’m eating here every time. The chicken Caesar Sandwich is the best. They also have really good gluten free bread which is tough to find. The staff is friendly and treats everyone with kindness and warmth. Great place
Great restaurant that offers something other than the standard American diet. Gluten, Grain free, and vegan friendly. Flavorful healthy options here. Will definitely be visiting again.
So yummy!!!! They were so friendly and great with gluten free. I had the bento box and they even gave me gluten free soy sauce. The Ube soft serv was amazing too.
Many gluten free options and a staff that understands cross-contact makes this a wonderful place to stop for a quick meal. The fact that we can walk to it from home is an added bonus.
100/10 recommend. We just had the best time here tonight! Kirk was absolutely fantastic. He was super sweet, attentive, caring and timely with everything about our meal. We have a gluten allergy and there was nothing about this meal tonight that made us feel we were just settling (as it often feels at other establishments) We truly appreciated Kirks service this evening. (:
We had the gf flatbread, frisée salad, bone in pork chop and some delicious broccolini and whipped mashed potato sides. Everything was delicious!
I have to also personally shout out, Ben. Ben you out did yourself on that banana crème brûlée 👌🏼
Thank you for an amazing dinner we will be back!!

This place tried to kill my gluten intolerant girlfriend. She said she was GF, they gave her the GF fried chicken on a gluten bun, and then just took off the bun and replaced it when she complained. Did not care about cross contamination at all.
