I have Celiac disease and I come here often, but this particular time April took care of me and she went over and beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of and not encountering any cross contamination. She also recommended multiple different cheeses that I didn’t even know they had and that made the already 10/10 meal just that much better. My family and I will be customers for life, as EVERYONE here is wonderful.
First let me say, this was the best Thai food we have ever eaten. I got the Pad Thai as it was suggested for my gluten free diet. My husband got the sweet and sour chicken in which the chicken was lightly breaded. We upgraded to the chicken coconut soup and we could have a made a meal out of that. Now, why we will not return despite the awesome food. 1) A bug crawled across the wall next to me. I was able to kill it, but let's say the staff response about it was underwhelming. 2) I'm not surprised about the bug as the whole back of the restaurant was stacked with very visible boxes of supplies. In fact, you have to squeeze past them to get to the restroom. Also poorly hidden, were the piles of random junk upstairs barely concealed by screening and a slatted wall. It would be impossible to keep bug free. 3) Last but not least, we noticed the health score as we left--- 77! That is way below acceptable. Honestly, 3*s is generous and due solely to the great tasting food.
Cute and clean place! Would be nice to just chill. Lots of options including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free. The smoothies are really nice and well blended. It wasn’t a long wait for the food to be ready. It’s pricey but that’s what people end up paying these days for nutrient-full foods at restaurants. Wanna save money? Just make your own, but this is a great choice for a health-conscious quick bite.
Cross Contamination nightmare! They have several GF options on their menu but after getting sick here several times it's absolutely not worth the risk.
Always enjoy coming to Culver’s, easy ordering and food was ready in a timely manner. Culver’s has a gluten-free bun, and will work with you if you have a wheat/gluten problem. Food was great and fresh. Only problem was that the restroom could definitely use some attention and the soda machines a quick clean.
Best BLT on Gluten Free Toast around! I go here because it's a short walk from my Newnan office but more-so because of the excellent BLTs! It's hard to find a restaurant that uses good gluten free bread AND great, crispy bacon. Redneck Gourmet gets 5 stars in both of these categories. :-)
have tried ordering "gluten free" chicken sandwhich TWICE in the past 2 weeks and both times were just sent a soggy chicken fillet. Called to clarify there was still a gluten free bun available, was told it's a common issue but obviously not one they plan on fixing.
Omg the food and the service was immaculate. Nice big portion sizes and wonderfully tasting food for the price. A wonderful menu that can accommodate allergies like gluten and mocktails to match.
Our server, Austin, was very sweet and always had a little joke and a fun attitude. Kudos to him and his wonderful service making this experience that much better. Answer every question we had and was just all around a fantastic server.
The place is well decorated with plenty of cute paintings to catch the eye, and quiet music to vibe to.
Overall, I will be coming back, and telling everyone I know out this fantastic place!
Food was good, gluten free options made it a pleasurable experience for me...definitely recommend. The Manager redeemed the entire staff, I would give him 100 stars for professionalism, patience and customer service. Received food hot and prompt with entire order intact...Ihop needs to give him a raise like yesterday.
1st time eating here! The customer service was A1, the young man at the register was patient and very kind as I made my choice, the fact that there was a gluten free option was amazing! Had the gluten-free falafel pita sandwich and it was fire! Got a small because I didn’t want much. It was the perfect size & price and the taste of the falafel was really good!
We need a location in STL! 😊
I usually really love Jimmy John's. I love that I can make any sub gluten-free. I'm not a huge fan of the signs that are apparently jokingly insulting to the customer, but it's probably because I'm in a customer service position in my job, and I just don't find it appropriate. Most people probably don't read the signs, so they probably don't care, but it's something I tend to pay attention to when I go anywhere. I always have. The food is almost always above average to excellent, and the service is extremely fast. I probably wouldn't choose to eat in, but I do appreciate that they're always coming out with new menu items, many of them gluten-free or with gluten-free options.
Whether you’re dining indoors or out on the patio, the ambiance of this restaurant is always delightful. On game day it’s the best spot around to enjoy the event. The ambiance adds value to the overall dining experience. Taco Mac is a true hidden gem.
My girlfriend is a gluten-free diner, she is used to having limited choices at restaurants, but this place has a fantastic selection of gluten-free options. It’s refreshing to find a restaurant that takes dietary requirements seriously.
Finally, I want to give a special shout-out to Katie, Aubrey, Cheyenne, Alexus, Mike, the bar staff, and management for making our dining experience truly memorable. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor enhanced our meal and made us feel like Appalachian Royalty!
I have celiac disease, and they are always able to make sure that everything is completely safe from cross contamination. They even have gluten free tortilla chips they store and handle separately. Irina, Luis, Camilo, and the entire team is always so kind and professional.
A great place to eat at after a long day, the customer service is amazing and the food is delicious!!! Also gluten-free friendly, i never have to worry about skipping out on a lunch date because i can eat any of their sandwiches as a salad!!
Really pleased with our experience here! The wings were super crispy and had the perfect amount of sauce. I ordered the Philly with tots and really enjoyed it! The tots were cooked perfectly, crisp outside with a fluffy center. They also have gluten free buns and tortillas available upon request! Staff was friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back!
We’ve been here twice & both great experiences. First time was to get a gluten free sub & the girl who made it was so careful to avoid cross contamination. Today they were SLAMMED and getting beat up. The manager- I’m assuming? blonde hair with glasses, was rocking it out and making sure everything was taken care of. Everyone was great & very polite. They definitely deserve a raise!
