These just might be the best ribs I've ever eaten. The sausage was amazing and I don't usually like sausage. The brisket was super good but I secretly like it greasy and it was not. The lady behind the counter was incredibly kind and steered is right with all of it. The white bbq sauce was great. Horseradish base and just.... Tasty. No real heat but loads of flavor. I'm allergic to gluten and all that I ate was ok. My partner loved the toast and it looked pretty good. I did get the most expensive thing on the menu, rack of ribs only available Friday and Saturday.
