Excellent food! Friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. My dad is on a gluten-free diet and our server was super! If she didn't know, she'd go and ask someone. Cocktails are on the higher end of cost, but the food was worth their prices.

As someone with a gluten allergy, I discovered that Jersey Mike's offers gluten-free sub rolls. I was initially hesitant but had heard good things about them. The staff at my local store were extremely friendly, and I believe the person who took our orders was the manager. He made sure to clean all the equipment and explained their strict protocols for gluten allergies. The staff was well-informed about cross-contamination and took the necessary precautions with separate tools and glove changes. This made me feel at ease, and my sandwich was delicious. It was a wonderful experience being able to enjoy a meal at a sub sandwich place with my husband. The kindness of everyone was an added bonus!
