I am in shock. I have been going to Maggiano's all over Illinois and this one in particular with my son and with my family since the beginning when they opened. We have had baby's showers, Birthday dinners for my son with extended family at the Vernon Hills location and Old Orchard location, wedding showers at other locations. Recently we had out of town guests and a large table that was not a great experience (Vernon Hills) as my brother's other half has a gluten allergy and the waiter hounded her every 3-4 minutes, while she was eating. I should have known better not to go back to this once great neighborhood local eatery. We went in early last night, Saturday night before 5pm to have a quick, quiet meal that was fancy, but definitely not cheap. That didn't happen! They looked at us and judged us because maybe we looked a little casual, but we were wearing very nice clothes and they seated us in the bar area that had no guests yet. They were cleaning the bar out with Green towels, loud glasses and bottles, talking loud, making jokes, clapping like we weren't even there. The manager walked in several times and was talking with staff loudly. We were being ghosted and treated like second class citizens. We left and I was furious. There was a total and utter disregard for us being there. I am still in shock at how poorly we were treated, as if we didn't exist. Maciano's has been our restaurant of choice once a week and they have treated us great and their food is outstanding and now I will continue to give them our business. Shame on you, Let us Not Entertain You! Awful!

Very nice place, lots of options, and solid options for those that are trying to avoid gluten. Outdoor seating was nice but area was a bit buggy so we had to move indoors. Staff was a little “distracted” from keeping our cups full.

My experience was incredible! Mitch was our waiter and he’s a 10/10. Fabulous service and the food came out quick and hot. Food was delicious. I had a gluten free bun and it was probably the best gluten free bun I’ve ever had. When I asked what it brand it was, he and the one of the managers made sure I knew the name and even brought out the box to show me. Next time I’m in town I’m definitely going back.

Not only that but the FOOD IS AMAZINGLY FRESH AND DELICIOUS!. Great for Vegan , gluten-free free eaters and meat eaters . All healthy and amazing . Location Vernon hills in the plaza 😊.

This is one of my kids favorite places. Always great food. I typically share the Gluten Free bowl with my wife. We aren't Gluten free but its just yummy and big enough to share. Miso is good and the price is right. The long bench is showing some wear and needs to be redone. I think they have the same spa music on repeat but SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES. The food is good enough that the music and atmosphere doesn't matter.

Very good Thai restaurant. All dishes can be made gluten free. Good portion sizes. Great spicy flavor no matter the heat level you like. Worth a try if you're in the area.

Great place to eat! I wish you didn't have to rent the games with $, but that's a small inconvenience for good gluten free buns and good overall service. Might be higher price than most burger joints, but this place is worth it.

Went here for lunch after church and it was so delicious! The staff was very helpful in answering questions about what is gluten and peanut free. There was a wide variety and everything was delicious.

Worker was rude when asked to change gloves ,as not to touch the fries and contaminate them with gluten from just touching the burgers. Will never go to this one again, I have never had issues at other ones.

This place is only for those who like flatbreads and salads. No burgers, French fries, chicken tenders, anything for your typical eater. They don’t put anything on the TV. Staff was friendly and food was different, but I had no interest in any of the food on the menu. Limited choices as well. Good for those who are gluten free or vegan I guess.

I chose Feather Glass for a meeting of 13 people, and Purvi (one of the owners) was amazing at helping coordinate a tasting for us. The value of the tasting and nibbles package is SO GOOD. They were also super accommodating to my gluten and dairy free diet and walked me through which snacks were safe. The owners are so nice and really passionate about the wine, just overall we loved the experience.

This location’s phone number goes to a voicemail no matter what option you choose. The app will not let you choose gluten free bread so we have no way of ordering ahead. Pretty frustrating when the Gurnee locations answers every time and is very nice and helpful.

Amazing food, great service, and awesome hospitality. We are so happy every time we dine in. My dad comes multiple times per week and always has an excellent experience. I have a gluten allergy, so when I order the managers come over to ensure that what I ordered is safe and is cautiously prepared in the kitchen. The pork chop is to die for. Perfect place to spend time with family or go on a date! We always sit in the bar area which is nice and private.
