While she was initially very disappointed with some of the recent menu changes, our experience was saved—and truly elevated—by our incredible server, Tracey. This just reinforces that servers really make the restaurant. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, knowledgeable, and impressively attentive. I have celiac disease, which often makes dining out stressful, but she immediately put me at ease. Not only were they well-informed about gluten-free options, but they also took the time to double-check with the kitchen and offered thoughtful suggestions to ensure I had a safe and satisfying meal. Her level of care and attention went above and beyond what I’ve experienced at most places. Despite the changes my friend wasn’t thrilled with, the server’s attitude, flexibility, and genuine effort completely turned our evening around. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to making sure every guest feels comfortable, heard, and valued. This kind of service is what turns a meal into a memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back—and next time, I’ll be requesting the same server! Can’t wait for our next trip!
