The food is incredible. Its so nice being able to get healthy options on the go. I got the avocado toast and pb and j protein balls. I had a coworker with celiacs try the avocado toast with me because it was so good we were surprised it was gluten-free and the protein balls are a repeat order for me, so so so good!! 1000/10 reccomend
Very first time walked in. Ordered a large steak and cheese sub with pickles, mustard and American cheese on a gluten-free roll. We had an entire conversation about how my husband's order is gross but that's what he likes. She acknowledges it. We left ordered my food paid for it was told $27 and change. Then about 2 minutes later she goes. I didn't charge you for the gluten-free roll. Expecting her to say yet. Don't worry about it. It's on me cuz I forgot to charge you. She then asked me for 2.75 It is what it is. No big deal. My husband comes home from a 14-hour day knowing what I bought him.
There is no pickles or mustard on the sub that I got charged extra for.... Getting orders wrong is completely unacceptable
Ordered from wrap city today and there was an order mix up, newly gluten free and anxious I went and spoke to manager Casey. This you man is exactly the manager you want as a face of the business. Quick, understanding and kind. Brought out the sauce used to let me know there isn't any gluten in it. Definitely a man of the people 10/10
The fruity nutella crepe was really good, but it would have been nice if our coffee drinks came in mugs and not plastic coffee cups. We noticed others got mugs but our table did not. Appreciate the gluten free crepe options.
