My wife and I spent some time at Salisbury Beach and decided to get some early dinner. I have to eat gluten free and dairy free so I used the Find Me Gluten Free app and found Overboard. It had 5 stars and very great reviews; we had to go and try, and I am happy to say they did NOT disappoint. This place is awesome. The staff is great and so friendly and accommodating. The drinks were delicious too. I got some bang bang shrimp, a chicken sandwich and GF onion rings! I honestly don't have a negative thing to say, everything was great and I did not get sick, and I cannot wait to go back! I highly recommend.
First time visiting tonight with my daughter, after hearing about how Celiac safe the establishment is, and I was impressed how everything went.
Our waitress was pleasant and attentive, the fried haddock was top notch, and the views (even inside) totally befit a Hampton seafood restaurant.
It's refreshing to have another great option whenever I'm at the beach, I'd recommend giving this place a shot if you're around! (And that goes double if you're Gluten Free/Celiac 🌾❌)
Everytime I've order food it's been fantastic. They always serve the fries hot and the shakes cold. They are amazing at accommodating my daughter's gluten allergy and no matter who is at the counter or behind it they are always super nice and very efficient hard working people.

There's lots of gluten-free options here, including toast. I have celiac disease. Staff is very educated on food allergies. Great homefries, and if you can have gluten, there are fresh muffins. The homemade cornbeef is really good.
I was told over the phone that, "almost all of the sauces are gluten free" but when we got there, we were told that the only gluten free sauces are the buffalo and sweet Sriracha. However, the wings are full wings, so they're big. They were cooked well and tasted good. The prices are pretty high for chicken wings.

I had the fish, and it was absolutely delicious. The caramelized onions, fresh mushrooms and squash were perfectly cooked. Even better, the chips they hand you before you order are gluten free and fried in their own separate fryer! The sauce they bring to the table is quite mild, so if you want something medium or hot, be sure to ask for it. Highly recommend.

Reached out before I ordered DoorDash to make sure they can accommodate an allergy. The person on the phone was very helpful and checked labels. Sandwich was exactly how I wanted it.
However not a fan of the chips.
Can sub for gluten free wraps.
Regular wraps and chips are also dairy free!
I had a gluten-free ham and cheese sub. It was fairly good. I am disappointed that when I order extra and I am paying for it, I expect extra cheese. It had 3 slices across the sub. Hey dude, I asked twice to make sure you got it right. But ya didn't!
The pizza at Tostimos is very good! The staff is very pleasant, also. We ordered delivery for two pizzas (one meat lovers small pizza and one gluten free pizza).
If you're gluten free, the restaurant only offers gluten free pizza in a size large (no complaints on that). You can get any pizza on gluten free dough.
If you're dairy free, they don't offer any non-dairy cheese and their pesto sauce does have cheese in it. We were given some inconsistent information about the sauces between two different orders, so be cautious with allergies.
