I was told over the phone that, "almost all of the sauces are gluten free" but when we got there, we were told that the only gluten free sauces are the buffalo and sweet Sriracha. However, the wings are full wings, so they're big. They were cooked well and tasted good. The prices are pretty high for chicken wings.
Note: This is NOT celiac-safe due to cross-contamination that they indicated they cannot prevent (on French fries)
