They used to be 100% gluten free, but they’re not anymore. They’ve also taken away a lot of their good gluten free options. I think they’re making a chain-wide shift away from GF — i probably won’t be back again.
I've eaten here many times and every time I've gone I've been told with my gluten allergy I can eat the Alfredo, just palced a online order to be told I can't eat the Alfredo because it's not gluten free. Never eating here again, can't trust them not to make people sick with their allergies. Zero stars if I could
Always one of my favorite places to go. Food is delicious and a good variety of different types of options. A pleasant laid back environment. Gluten free options are available which is great for our family and dietary restrictions.
We came down from Rochester, Ny to visit my sister in Vestal, Ny. She wanted to go to Applebees, but I didn’t.
I had a very bad experience at Applebees in Lansing, Ny. The manager was very rude and unknowledgeable about gluten free products.
When we got to Applebees the manager Jennifer (please forgive me if the name is wrong) was so helpful and knowledgeable about her products. It was a pleasure eating at the facility.
Even Barb our waitress was on point with everything.
I would definitely come back and recommend this Applebees to everyone

The food here is outstanding as well as the service. I liked everything I had on the lunch buffet, and it is an excellent value. Gluten-free friendly as well with most of the dishes. Even for someone who has not tried, or does not think they like Indian food, it is absolutely worth trying at least once!
My husband was diagnosed with celiac disease a couple of months ago and wanted to try jersey mikes and their gluten free bread. At this location they were very careful. Two young men made our sandwiches. When my husband asked for GF bread the first young man asked if it was a preference or an allergy. After my husband said it was an allergy both young men changed gloves, and the one cutting bread got a new knife and wiped down the counter. The other young man making the subs went and got a mayo in a squeeze tube so he didn’t touch the mayo spreader to the GF bread. My husband and I were very impressed with the diligence and care taken to make his sandwich. Both our subs tasted great too. Well done.
Place was very very clean , nice people ! When I called the very sweet lady new what gluten free was and helped me pick something new to try !!!! I did not get sick and it was amazing !!! We will 100% go back ! And it’s walking distance !
Always love going to Fridays. They have the best appetizers really good entrées. Alcohol beverages are always on point. They even have stuff for kids too. They have a wide variety of meals, burgers, chicken salad, gluten-free and many more options. Very casual fun friendly place would recommend anybody to go have a good meal
Amazing food! I was so excited when I found out they had gluten free general tos chicken and they didn’t put soy sauce in the rice!
