I have celiac and we knew Dewey’s provided gluten free pizza, I got the gluten free pizza crust and a salad. When I took the pizza home last night I ate about 3 slices and felt so sick, it’s the next day and I’m not doing to good at all. Their pizza place is nice and the workers are nice to but I don’t think they took enough precautions even though we said gluten allergy.
I love the food at Pies and Pints usually. But this recent experience was not good at all. Our server was great. But the moment we were seated it felt like there was no AC on at all. Mind you it was 92 outside. We tried to ignore the heat. We ordered our food and ate our appetizer but ended up taking our pizza home. People around us were using their menus to fan themselves so it wasn’t just our area. Also, not sure why the gluten free pizza crust changed but not a big fan of the new one. Used to have a nice crust that was a little thick. Now it’s like I’m eating a flatbread not a pizza. Really sad because I loved this place.
The restaurant staff graciously provided supper for our robotics team, even going so far as to provide us with gluten-free options. I highly recommend this restaurant as its food was delicious and flavourful.
Always so many good things to eat. My family includes vegans, vegetarians and gluten intolerant folks. We're all happy with the variety and quality of their food
The Mediterranean gluten free pizza was super good! Lots of good veggies and the crust was good, especially because I've had a lot of bad gf pizzas! They were a little understaffed for lunch but they made the best of it!
I like the overall experience and service is always good, but their gluten free options are not many which is extremely disappointing since the perception is they offer some healthy options. I’d visit more if they had better gluten free options.
We stopped on our way out of Columbus after the Buckeyes game. My family loved it; it was an amazing place. They provided phenomenal service, Great food (lots of gluten-free options), cozy atmosphere. I would highly recommend the Worthington Tavern.
Our waitress was very nice. I had the Reuben oh my goodness!! Awesome. I always substitute the sauerkraut for coleslaw and it was perfect. The even had gluten free bread so I was able to take one home for my sister.
