Bursting with comfy and quaint atmosphere, this joint charms with good quality eats, a fun board game selection and adorable star crystals on sale.
I'm a customer of both the deli and bakery. They are always short staffed. Food is good, bread is delicious. Restaurant needs updating. The biggest disappoint is the gluten free (GF) bread recently. Loaves have gotten smaller and the price has gone up again. I ordered a sandwich with the GF bread. I brought half home so I could measure the tiny piece of bread on my sandwich. The half slice measured 2.5" tall and only 2" wide. That made the whole slice 2.5"x 4" Most of what was on the sandwich was hanging off. The loaves I had just picked up didn't look any bigger. I remember when the loaves were big enough to make a sandwich on. They aren't anymore. I'm disappointed in the changes in the GF bread. If I pay $10/loaf, can it please be actually big enough to make sandwiches on?

A spot with a knack for mixing up orders, but still a popular choice for locals and visitors alike.
Was in town the past two weeks and stopped at Firehouse 4 times. My wife found a great Gluten Free Bun at Firehouse, however, every time something on the order was made incorrectly. Nothing more frustrating when you say no mayo and you get mayo, or you have to ask for bacon that is supposed to come on the sub, or ask where are the pickles? Today the pickles were missing, not only on my order but the customers order before mine. Then they also added mayo to my sandwich after asking for no mayo. The Customer Experience & Service is critical in todays market, as you are only as good as your worst employee…..
