Me and my son go semi-often. He loves the Garlic-roasted cream tortellini and I enjoy the Gluten-free dishes they have to offer due to an allergy.

I went to this location for lunch with my family on July 13th, 2021. I ordered gluten free noodles for an allergy but was told their would be a 15 min wait for just my food, as they had no gluten free noodles made at that time. I was offered a selection of other noodle options and was told they were all gluten free. Rice noodle, Cauliflower gnocchi, and cauliflower infused rigatoni. I verified the rigatoni was gluten free with two employees and requested it once I felt confident. IT IS NO GLUTEN FREE. I have celiac disease, I was violently ill for the next two days and will be suffering consequences for a while to come. I called and spoke to a manager the same day asking how thus could happen, she took my information but I have yet to hear back from her or anyone else from the company. I used to feel like this was a safer place to eat for me as everyone always is very careful with my order. Please verify yourself if you have an allergy, do not assume someone knows the products the make/sell. I want my money back.
