The food is always amazing and they have the best gluten free pizza I can find but they are getting three stars because every single time I'm there the staff looks miserable. They mumble answers if you ask a question and look highly annoyed if you (or they) misunderstand something. Honestly, the last two times I went in there (each times on different days and with different people) I felt like I was bothering them and like I needed to apologize for even asking them to make my pizza. It soured the experience and has me thinking twice about going back only because it has happened so many times now. The food is amazing so if I can't find another mod near us I'll probably just put up with rude staff but it'll be reflected in my tip.
They make no effort to tell you.they use msg. My child reacted violently to this NEUROTOXIN and had a violent reaction. Plus they apparently don't check their bathrooms often. There was TOXIC waste over flowing from the waste bins, including unwrapped tampons, enough to gag a maggot, their."custard" is made with corn syrup, and their gluten free buns are the worst I've ever tasted. They , in small letters, let you know cross contamination is likely. The memory of my experience there ruins my appetite still.
Glad I was finally able to try this establishment. I had a modified avocado toast! 🥑 🍳 🥓 I wish there were more gluten-free and dairy-free options. All of the bakery items on display looked so good but I was unable to try due to food intolerances!
The salad dressing selection was abysmal, a lousy Italian and the waitress couldn't remember the second option. She brought me the Italian on a hunch that it would be my choice. It wasn't very good.
I passed on the bread sticks since I was having the 6 oz sirloin steak with fettuccine alfredo. I figured there would be enough carbs, calories, fat, gluten, etc. in the pasta and sauce.
In spite of being hungry, I ate about a third of the fettuccine.
The steak was bland tasting and a bit tough and dry.
The waitress recommended the raspberry lemonade, I don't.
Strangely, the waitress was probably the best thing about the experience.
To be fair, I was planning to eat at a different restaurant, but I missed the turn and the trek back seemed more trouble than it was worth.
This review is for the Benihana in Conroe, located off of I-45.
The food and service from this establishment is AMAZING. They delivered to the clinic I work at and we are all very happy with everything. We were completely taken care of. My front office supervisor even received a call from them about an hour after the food was delivered just to check in to make sure everything was great and our needs had been met and that is above and beyond in my book. They even accommodated my special dietary needs which require me to be gluten free and that was very much appreciated. We will definitely be dining with Benihana again as a clinic and individually as we want to share this great restaurant with our friends and families as well! Thank you so much again Benihana!
Nice staff and fantastic food. Haven't been to IHOP in so so so long. It was great! They have good gluten free options which is why I came back after so long.
This is my second time here (first time was the grand opening) and I just have to say that the nautical bowl staff & owners are absolutely amazing and so is the food!! my boyfriend and I got the big island bowl & the surf bowl. SO SO YUMMY!! plus its dairy & gluten free!!
Nice relaxing lunch here
They offer gluten free spaghetti, so wife could have something besides salad! Nice background Italian music, staff sounded Italian too!
Normally we have a good experience here. My girlfriend has celiac disease, so we really appreciate the gluten free crust option. The reason for the bad review is the last 2 times we've gone, the gluten free was apparently not gluten free. Won't be back as I'd rather not see her that sick again
We really enjoyed having a birthday party here. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The price was very reasonable and we had plenty of room for friends and family. They also have gluten free pizza!
The server was new, but even grading on a curve, the service was pretty poor. He forgot my wife’s drink and it took more than ten minutes after he finally put it in. 30+ minutes total to get it. He went missing for long stretches and we had to ask other servers for help with water, which is pretty basic. He also didn’t know the gluten free options and didn’t go ask the kitchen until we asked him to.
The food was good, but it was salty. Fish was well cooked and the chicken was tender.
We may give them another chance, but this was not a good first impression.
Great mom and pop burger place! We loved that they had different buns to choose from (jalepeno bun was 🔥), as well as gluten free and vegetarian patty options. The flavor was on point, and the service was great.
Their Teriyaki Chicken Bowl has quickly become a repeat go-to for a Reliablly Fesh and Delicious Gluten-free lunch on a busy work day. I usually place my online order for curbside pickup, I always receive friendly 🙌 promt service as my order is brought to my car ❤️ A definite must have!
They have gluten-free menu items marked, which is convenient. The spring rolls & peanut sauce were great, but I’m not sure if those are gluten-free. The pad Thai is good, but not the best I’ve had. Service is fast and the lighting in the restaurant is pretty with all of the windows.
Quick and accurate orders. The food is delicious and served at correct temperature. The crisp corn tacos are extra crunchy. This place is also celiac safe. The staff knows exactly what to do to keep the food safe to eat. The Tractor Beverages are a hit with my entire family! A must try is mixing the mandarin and mixed berry. Tastes like a fruit punch with a spice flavor.
The customer service is also top notch! Polite, answers your questions about their food, knowledgeable, and you will leave with a smile! The manager Jade, is also the best manager I have met in a while.
I love Jersey Mike's! The bacon is cooked to pure perfection. Its like magic! The gluten free bread is good - but the bowls are my favorite! So SO yummy
You must go here! The food is wonderful and they only use semolina flour imported from Italy so those of us that gluten makes us sick, I had regular food today! No concern about gf. Not gf flour but not American processed gmo flour that has caused us to be sick
So new location. Have been here a few times so far. Wife and I had a little date lunch there today and it was great. She is gluten free and the sandwich she had was great. Mine was perfect. Staff super friendly and nice. Quick service and they made it easy. Clean tables and interior. Go ahead and have a nice Jersey Mike's day.
Staff was very accommodating and attentive, shout out to Christian! The food was phenomenal. I have never had falafel so good and the Cold Sampler Tray let's you experience how creamy and rich the hummus, baba ghanouj, and labnè are. So fresh! At 8pm the lights changed and a belly dancer performed all around the restaurant! It was very fun. Menu has vegetarian and gluten free options with items containing dairy clearly marked. Incredible hot tea and cocktails!
We were in this location this evening and the service was pretty terrible. Whoever is running the kitchen needs to pay closer attention to what they’re doing. We ordered to go food and eat in food all on one ticket. The to go food came out first. They were breakfast tacos, they’re quick to cook, I get it, cool. The food runner tried to take our table marker. I told her we were still waiting on more than 10 eat in food items. My 4 tacos came out, no sauce on or with any of them. Had to ask where it was and then it was brought out. Same for the other family separate ticket who was eating with us. When their food came out, they were missing one taco they ordered. My 4 tacos, I ordered no cheese on all of them, 3 had no cheese, one had it. The to go tacos were for my wife who has a gluten allergy. She gets violently ill. Ordered them with corn tortillas, ticket said corn, get them home, yep, they’re flour, 100% for sure flour.
Horrible experience. Which is a shame because the ones we usually go to in the Woodlands and Spring are always on the money. If I didn’t know any better this experience would make me not want to go back, they got more wrong than they did right.
This was a very good experience. Very good service. Food comes out fast. By the time you get everything and sit at the table, they bring your food. Best chicken sandwiches, hands down. Mac and cheese are really good, too. And gluten-free buns. And they use three simple ingredients in their lemonade. It’s just water, lemons, and sugar. Homemade lemonade ingredients. And staff are polite and friendly. This Chick-fil-A, to me, is a hit! Please check them out!
If I can give more than 5 stats I would!!! I would like to give a shout out to the manager of this place. He was Awesome! I have Celiac and it means a lot to me when, I call a restaurant and the person over the phone not only knows what gluten is but helps you decide what to eat by saying we can modify anything to meet your needs. I had the nachos Monarca and he knew that the queso was thickened with flour, so I avoided it and the beans might not be safe because bacon fat, so he suggested just shredded cheese and rice as substitutes and it was delicious! He was also knowledgeable about what the meats are marinated in. I also loved the crunchy chips (fried in their own fryer) and the guacamole was so fresh with extra cilantro, which I loved. Margarita was phenomenal!
We had a gluten sensitive need in our party and the staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. The food is always good here. Check this new location out!
