This was such an exciting discovery. I have had GF and non GF bahn mi, being gluten intolerant and hedonistic, and this still topped them all. Bread was crunchy and flavoursome, absolutely indistinguishable, and the pork filling was divine. The treats also topped many normal ones I've tried (cinnamon bun was to die for). 11/10!

As someone who is gluten free, this place was on my list to visit ASAP upon arriving in Hanoi. It did not disappoint! The gluten free pizza base was crispy and tasty, with a perfect amount and balance of toppings on the vegetarian version. Gluten eaters really enjoyed their half Cheese/half Hawaiian and popcorn chicken. As we were leaving to return to our hotel an enormous rain storm arrived - the staff were so generous and offered for us to use their umbrellas - above and beyond ❤️

Wow. Best meal I had in Vietnam. Dreaming about this. Such a unique environment too— we sat on the second floor. I got the #5 and it was all gluten free! Passion fruit juice was also incredible, and my husband tried the Vietnamese egg hot chocolate and LOVED it— it’s like a super fluffy drink.

Great place, def worth a visit - although in a 5 star hotel, don’t let that distract. GLUTEN FREE -and COELIACS - this is the restaurant for you - there is a seperate menu, which is nearly half the normal menu. Highly recommend

I have celiac disease so came here based off other reviews mentioning gluten free options. My server Chai-en knew exactly what was gluten free or not and helped me decide, was very friendly and made the experience super easy! The noodles were delicious and the portion was big, yum!!

We went around 3pm. The guy who helped us was very cool and spoke good English. We sat on the second floor overlooking the lake. We ordered quesadillas and they were very delicious. They have vegan, gluten free and non-dairy options :)

Famous place for tourist tours, you can also enter. The food is good and the menu is marked for vegetarian and gluten-free diets. The atmosphere is a bit noisy due to the tourist tour atmosphere it has. The prices are expensive compared to normal, but it is compensated with a careful kitchen

We saw this place randomly walking and so glad we came in! Food is amazing and so is the service and reasonably priced!! Menu has allergens on it and most of it is gluten free so very happy about it 😊

We had the Banh xeo (meat version) and it didn't disappoint.. was so fresh and delish! We then had the traditional Vietnamese yoghurt cake for dessert and yum!! Would never have tried it normally and so glad we did! Everything we had was GF. Dang was our waiter and he was excellent.. checked all items/ingredients with chef and came back and told us what was ok and what wasn't! Definitely recommend.

We had dinner at Tam Vi and it was delicious!! The dishes are simple which we love but the flavours are still so tasty! We had the crispy 5 spice duck, beef & bamboo shoots, cabbage with tomato and rice. And honestly the cabbage with tomato was so tasty it was our favourite dish of the night!! And the pricing is so good for the meals! We paid alot more in other restaurants in Hanoi. I'm surprised the reviews for this place aren't higher but I read many saying they thought it was too simple or dishes lacked flavour but I think that depends on the person. We love simple food done well! Which Tam vi do! 👏 We love that they don't use MSG in their cooking it's a reason we chose to come here and it's easy to est gluten free. Its humble, authentic Vietnamese cooking. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be back!! 🙏

Loveliest hole in the wall spot !! Beef pho was so tasty and the women who owns the place was so sweet. I showed her my Vietnamese gluten free coeliac card and she read it all and understood and showed me what i could eat. Highly recommend, overshadowed by the busy bahn mi 25 next door - but this place deserves hype, give this spot a try!!

Capos is definitely a place to visit in Hanoi if you miss non-Asian food. I go to Capis once a month because they have a special menu that changes periodically (which is a very good idea because same dishes all the time just get boring). In terms of taste, I can’t say that it’s the best I’ve ever tried. Yes, the food is quite nice and interesting, but sometimes the dishes definitely don’t hit the mark or they lack something that can make the dish memorable or really tasty. But overall, it’s just good food. Perhaps the most memorable for me were the octopus carpaccio and the tartare with bone marrow, also oysters are amazing. I definitely recommend trying these dishes. Also plus for gluten free options (they do have super tasty gluten free bread!) The place itself is beautiful, with a wonderful view of the church and high class service.

A luxury restaurant but not luxuriously decorated which is a bit strange There are French crepes without gluten🌾 The food was very tasty but again very expensive and I don't think it's worth the price especially that the service was not nice
