Very good restaurant, very warm welcome, attentive team, the setting is very pleasant and at night with the lights on it is very cozy and warm. Possibility of ordering gluten-free pasta, that's really rare and above all it's very, very good.
The waiter noticed that we were a bit warm towards the back of the restaurant and offered us the best table, up front. Very conscious about my wife's dietary needs (celiac/gluten free). Service and food were fantastic.
The trio "bits and bobs", in residence at Chardon, was unanimous! Simple but sublimated ingredients, in 4 courses, where each plate had a taste of too little. Special mention for the absolutely perfect seasonings!
The kitchen is also very attentive to preferences (gluten, vegetarian, etc.)
