A super-good Greek restaurant in Munich, and gluten-free too! Every dish is highly recommended, and the staff is super friendly. A great restaurant, especially for people with celiac disease/gluten intolerance.

Disrespectful and unprofessional – that's not how you treat guests We arrived with great anticipation, as the café advertises its vegan and gluten-free offerings – unfortunately, we were completely disappointed. Despite several free tables, we were completely ignored. The waitress clearly saw us sitting down, but we simply weren't served. When we finally asked for the menu after some time, another waitress reprimanded us in an unfriendly and condescending tone – we "didn't wait" to be seated. Such a tone, coupled with complete disinterest in the guest, is completely inappropriate in a restaurant. No one explained to us beforehand that we would have to wait to be assigned – and even if they had, that's not how you speak to people who come voluntarily to invest their time and money. It's perfectly fine to have clear procedures – but the tone of voice makes the difference. What we experienced was simply disrespectful, unprofessional, and off-putting. The concept may be good, but that alone isn't enough when you treat your customers like this. Definitely a no-go for us!!! We felt very unwelcome. We've never been treated like this in a restaurant before. Very disappointing!

Unfortunately, a disappointing visit We were actually really looking forward to the evening, as we have two children with celiac disease and the menu lists gluten-free dishes. Unfortunately, the evening turned out to be a huge disappointment. Instead of the gluten-free pizzas we ordered, we were initially given regular pizzas – and they actually asked if the children wanted to eat them anyway. When everyone else's meal was long over, the proper gluten-free pizzas finally arrived. For children who aren't allowed to eat anything else, this is not only annoying, but also a health risk. Apart from that, the service was unfortunately very poor. Orders were forgotten or not brought at all. We had to ask several times, and rarely did anyone come to the table on their own. The wait for drinks was unusually long, and paying took almost an hour. When we were asked to pay €1 at the end to take the pizzas away in boxes, it rounded off the bad impression (even though this is apparently common practice in the region). Overall, it was an evening full of disappointments – and the discontent at the neighboring tables seemed to be just as intense. It's all about the food, after all, but even that, unfortunately, wasn't good.
