⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my first time at Restaurant Ambiente – and quite honestly: I was pleasantly surprised! The place lives up to its name. It's stylishly decorated, has a cozy atmosphere, yet is relaxed enough to make you feel right at home. I have to particularly highlight the food: I had the Caesar salad as a starter – super fresh, the dressing was perfectly balanced (not too heavy, nicely seasoned), and the croutons were homemade and really crispy. Plus, juicy chicken – exactly what a Caesar salad should be. For my main course, I had the gluten-free bacon burger – and it was amazing! The bun wasn't the standard, crumbly kind you often get, but fluffy and sturdy – almost indistinguishable from a "regular" one. The patty was cooked to perfection, the bacon was nice and crispy, and the sauces were perfectly balanced. You can tell the quality is what they do here. The service was also excellent – friendly, attentive, and well-organized. Everything arrived quickly and hot at the table. I felt completely well looked after and will definitely be back!
