I booked a reservation for 3, to celebrate my spouses birthday with our teenage son. We had a fantastic time. I put in the notes when booking that I have celiac and must eat gluten free, and that we were celebrating a bday. They had hand written card for my spouse upon arrival. The food was delicious, our server was knowledgeable and attentive and he even brought a bday champagne toast and a bday dessert. It was a lovely time. The ambiance was nice , they validate parking in the esplanade garage. Fabulous time. And we all cleared our plates. Thank you Flint for making his bday special.
We're from out of town and whenever we're in the Phoenix area we HAVE to stop at Pita Jungle. AMAZING!! They have such a great gluten free menu and the service is super friendly!
I love this place! Amazing food. Well balanced dishes both in terms of flavor as well as nutrients, and presentation. Diverse but consistent and not overwhelming menu. Lots of gluten free options.
I've been here twice and each time everything was perfectly cooked. Meat, sides, veggies, deserts - everything. Not overcooked, not undercooked, just right.
In addition to great and skilled chiefs you have nice and attentive staff welcoming you to a pretty authentic looking "old" American house.
Out of town on a work trip during our anniversary, we’re so glad we found this place. The atmosphere, service, and food was impeccable. From their bread and salads to their filet mignon, lamb, and desserts, everything was delicious. They had many gluten free options and were able to adjust other menu items to make them gluten free. Highly recommend the strawberry rhubarb whiskey sour. Of course the view was incredible. Despite their dress code saying ‘elegant casual’ there were people in jeans, shorts, tshirts, and even gym attire, so apparently you don’t need to worry about being underdressed.
It was our first time at your restaurant. My daughter and I are both gluten free. The menu was Big and so many options. Our waiter I believe Casey was Fantastic!!! The chefs even came out to explain which ingredients was in the pita. We Loved your Restaurant!!! And will be back.
Extensive menu of flat-bread\pita entrees, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc. comfy medium-size dining area, orders are served to cust table, including beer&wine. Fairly quiet, no loud sports broadcasts or music. Makes for comfy gathering by joining a few tables. Easy to find in the stripmall and plenty parking. Convient at 32nd st &IndianSchool. Tables were sticky when we were there.
Truly outstanding service! Bobby and Brittany were exceptionally attentive, kind, and personable throughout our visit. My mom has celiac disease and, while we were aware of the restaurant’s gluten-sensitive menu, she was still a bit nervous about potential cross-contamination. The manager (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) personally came to our table to reassure us that all necessary precautions would be taken. He even brought her meal out separately to ensure her peace of mind.
The staff went above and beyond, and we felt genuinely cared for. This is a wonderful and safe option for anyone with gluten sensitivity, and we wholeheartedly recommend it!
Delicious and easy on my tummy since im gluten-free. Love their caprese with grilled shrimp and their yellow rice. Workers are super friendly as always and great with our kiddos.
I tried Gyro House 32 for the first time and was definitely disappointed. The gyro had plenty of meat in it but it had so many little bits of nerve and fat and bone, which I've never experienced before in a gyro. With every single bite I had to pick out multiple pieces of nerve and fat out of my mouth and it made the whole experience really really unpleasant. I found myself just wanting to take the meat out and just eat the pita by itself because eating the meat was such a gross experience.
The spinach triangles and falafel both had a very strong dirty oil flavor to them and it's very easy to picture them being cooked in very old dirty dark brown oil. It made the whole thing taste really gross. Other than that, the spinach triangles just taste like spinach. They don't really seem to have any kind of depth of flavor or seasoning. The falafel was very dry and has a tart lemony flavor which I wasn't expecting and was not the most pleasant experience.
On a positive note - The actual pita bread itself is fluffy and soft and thick and tastes amazing. It's perfect. It's exactly what pita should be.
The baklava is the best baklava I've ever had. It's even better than my homemade baklava and that's pretty good. This baklava has such a perfect balance of sweet and crunchy with a delicate undertone of... is that saffron? Orange blossom water? I'm not sure but it's worth driving there just for the baklava.
However the real star of the show is their chocolate cake. They have a gluten-free chocolate cake and a regular piece of chocolate cake - the gluten-free is not a bad choice, it is good... but their regular chocolate cake slice is the best chocolate cake I've ever had in my entire life. It has a layer of dark chocolate ganache on top, followed by a nice thick layer of silky chocolate mousse, followed by a layer of chocolate cake, followed by a thinner layer of chocolate mousse, followed by an Oreo cookie crust. It is by far the best thing I've eaten probably in my life. Wow. Absolutely incredible. I just wish their food matched the stellar quality of that cake... but so few things in life can.
The food I give a one star, but their cake and baklava, definite five stars. Definitely worth a drive over just for their desserts.
I've been to many Olive Gardens in my lifetime and I must say this was the best experience I've had. From here on out I'll be going to this location. My Server's name was Nick, and I HIGHLY recommend asking for him next time you go. He was so sweet and attentive, I never felt like he forgot about us, the order was taken perfectly, and my daughters health accommodations were met. She's allergic to gluten and he took his time explaining which options were suitable. Genuinely so sweet, 10/10 service!! I will be coming back.
We went here to have dinner before a concert. We picked The Olive Garden because they have some gluten free options for my friend who has Celiac disease. There was no wait for us since we were a party of three and that was very nice. It was REALLY busy though so the restaurant was really crowded and loud. The lights are really bright and the light fixtures hang really low above the table so it was pretty overwhelming to dine there. All three of us were feeling pretty overstimulated throughout our dinner.
It was so busy that it was taking a little while for service throughout the dinner but our server was actually amazing. He was super busy but he kept up as best he could and was in a good mood the whole time. The manager came by our table to check on us as well and he was pleasant and cordial.
The food was okay. It wasn’t over cooked or anything like that but it’s mid, and that’s what we expected so we weren’t disappointed in the food. The prices of the dishes are quite high for the quality of food that is being served. I would gladly pay $22 for seafood Alfredo if it was made with better ingredients, but these prices seemed pretty high for frozen seafood and Alfredo sauce (even if the sauce is made in-house, and I’m not sure that it is). We definitely will not eat here again…it’s just not worth the money for us.
They have excellent food and are very friendly. Have been here several time and we always enjoy the food. I have a gluten intolerance and they have been able to find me a few options.
