Risotto quantity was small considering the price. Four Seasons pizza was nice but nothing special. The crust was crispy but not up to the standard of a restaurant that calls itself Italian.
Tartufata pizza had mediocre crust, lacking gluten, elasticity, and moisture. The cheese was tasteless. Yet another tourist trap. The waitress was very pleasant, though.
A small place with a cozy atmosphere, friendly, informative service and a fine selection of vegan starters, main courses and desserts as well as some gluten-free alternatives. Will definitely return!
Bar located near the central station and Chinatown.
The menu features many varieties of pancakes, including Dutch ones, both sweet and savory.
I appreciate the possibility of gluten and lactose free options.
The pancakes, the one with apples and the one with chocolate chips, are very good and generous in size.
Unfortunately, despite being young, the staff is not friendly, never a smile and when I asked if there were vegan options I was told by a girl to look on the menu even if there was nothing written on the menu, I solved it by talking to the male waiter who was able to point out options not listed on the menu.
We spent €10.70 per person for two pancakes.
According to their website:

This was not the case when I was there a week ago, asking if there is a vegan option. There was nothing vegan on the menu, and the staff was unwilling to make an adjustment, so our group of friends had to find some place else to go :(
Too bad as the place looks lovely, but definitely not vegan friendly.
Great place, I highly recommend it, we had been looking for days for a place that made gluten-free pizza and first courses and we finally found it! Very welcoming place, super friendly and smiling staff, we also asked for variations on the pizzas and they made them without any problem! Delicious pizzas! Kudos to the management
I really enjoyed this place. I admitted it’s in the middle of the central district of Amsterdam and very close to the central train station, and yes, it is a bit touristy, but the staff was very pleasant and the food was very good. It also offered a variety of gluten-free options, including both pasta and pizza, which was very nice since most of the Italian restaurants in Amsterdam only offer gluten-free pasta and not pizza. It’s friendly here, and if you sit outside, there is an excellent opportunity to people watch. I do not think you’ll be disappointed, if you’re looking for a casual but quality experience.
Food was so-so. Many things not available (including gluten free pasta which was advertised and the reason we came). Service was inconsistent. Not terrible but definitely not up to expectation.
Consistently best Caesar Salad in Amsterdam for over a year, including 4 & 5 star hotels! Helpful & friendly staff, Gluten free dishes (for my wife). Great atmosphere, lovely!
If you visit the Netherlands Stroopwafels are a must have. When you are specifically in Amsterdam this is the place to go, if you want high quality Stroopwafels. They are freshly baked daily and come with a lot of topping. They also have gluten-free Stroopwafels and the interior of the small shop is very good looking. The prices are a bit hefty but taste and quality you get for the money are definitely worth it!

Amazing gluten free options!!! Best Chinese food I’ve ever had. Everything on the menu looked so good!! And gluten free Chinese food is so rare!!! A must go to when in Amsterdam, especially if you’re gluten free!!
A-Fusion has a gluten free menu. If you are celiac you definitely need to let them know you can’t do cross contamination. Delicious sushi though! Would recommend and it’s on the Michelin guide.
They were kind and welcoming, as someone who can only eat gluten free they were really accommodating to my allergy and I had a lovely and delicious time!
GLUTEN FREE BEERS!!! Highly recommended place, there are two types of gluten-free beers and they were very delicious. Great music, attention and atmosphere.
Food was nice - i was hoping for something exciting like a regionally sourced or selfmade bread for the gluten free option (seemed packaged to me) but we were happy finding some gf option at all :) service changed the standard eggs benedict for a veggie version which was nice. Service was lovely. Interior kind of cold in the morning but service made it comfortable with a heater :)
A group of us went in , no problem sitting down , very attentive to us , ordered gluten free fajitas, came it was really good , had the pitcher of margarita between 4 of us ,was faultless
We came here to have lunch, I'm a celiac so it's nice to have gluten free options. Just a heads up, they've got gluten free buns so you can also order gluten free burgers. The bun is a bit dry but, when its gluten free, it can't get much better.
They were a bit short of staff but the girl was very nice and had a good vibe, and the place and the music was awsome. I recommend it!
Previously a pearl, now a huge disappointment
We ordered the 5 course menu, but we left after the 4th course, unfortunately the food and service were terrible.
The first starter was placed on the table without any explanation, but it was tasty. The soup had a good taste, but the temperature was not right. Then the real disappointment began: the entree was a fried fish with butter sauce and pearl barley; the barley was cold and undercooked. The main course was a pathetic hunk of lamb, extremely tough and mainly tendons. The garnish of peas was also not warm. The other person came to ask if I liked it, I indicated that the meat only consisted of tough tendons, after which I received a replacement dish. This was actually good and friendly service! The beef looked nice and pink but unfortunately was just as tough and zesty as the lamb, I didn't eat it either.
When taking our order I indicated that I have a severe food intolerance to sesame seeds, the waiter assured us that there are no sesame seeds in anything. Then we get 2 rolls with sesame seeds visible on the outside... this is really not possible, I could have become very ill if I had just eaten that roll. We asked the waiter if there was a sandwich without sesame, but he simply replied that there was none, that my partner could enjoy 2 sandwiches and I would just have to watch. I asked another waiter if there was gluten-free bread without sesame, they did and a little later I got a freshly baked roll without sesame, so it wasn't that difficult. Well, maybe you already sensed it coming: the sandwich was warm on the outside but still frozen on the inside.
We have eaten here several times in the past and enjoyed it and were very much looking forward to another evening of culinary enjoyment. Unfortunately this was a debacle, almost everything went wrong and we are not confident that with the current occupancy this restaurant is still worth a visit.
Bright, vibrant, friendly venue with wonderful food at very reasonable prices. It was my first gluten free meal, having struggled to find places to accommodate my dietary requirements. I enjoyed the ambiance, the city skyline and the delicious food and would strongly recommend this venue.
The best Dutch potatoes in Amsterdam, as well as gluten-free! The guys are friendly and nice. Cone available in three versions (Small, Medium and Large)... If you find yourself passing through Amsterdam I recommend them, among other things (unlike other stores) it is also open after 10pm, and for those who have been to Amsterdam you know that most restaurants or refreshment points close quite early compared to Italian opening hours… HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Well, I must say the fries were good but a friend ordered a gluten free burger and first of all there was a really long hair on it, but it didn't really bother her because well we thought it can happen but something that really shouldn't happen is that she got severe problems because apparently there was gluten in it. Even though she asked the staff 5 times if her meal is really gluten free.
An absolute must-try if you're in Amsterdam 🙌. Probably the best fries I've ever had: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and served in generous portions 💯😍.
Plus, almost the entire menu is gluten-free 🌾✅ (only two sauces aren't, and they're well-marked). As a celiac, I felt comfortable eating here, a huge plus!
I ordered a medium portion with truffle mayo and BBQ sauce for €9.50 🍟🍄🔥. Crazy delicious! The medium portion is more than enough for someone with a hearty appetite.
📍 Super conveniently located in the center, ideal for a street snack worth every euro. Highly recommended.
🚶♀️There's usually a bit of a line, but it moves quickly!
🌱It also has vegan options
Really yummy! We had the vegan pho for €14, which was a hearty meal and a good price for the area. They were really accomodating with helping me confirm things were gluten free / celiac-friendly! This place does good business and we were lucky to get a table.
Super tasty gluten-free pancake, but what got me was the niceness of the server! I wish I asked for her name so I can refer her! She was so nice to make sure she explained that the pancake is made separately from the rest to prevent contamination. She got out of her way to make me feel extra safe to eat there. Thank you!
Thai restaurant with very good value for money, in the red light district. The staff is very friendly. The noodles and chicken satay are very good. They adapt dishes for celiacs.
