We used Pizzeria Bros to cater our late-night snack for wedding in Hamilton. Julie, the owner, was very communicative and helpful in figuring out the perfect order. She also made sure all our party's dietary needs could be met (gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian). We really appreciated their discount pricing for large orders, compared to other shops. I’ve been here many times and always have a great experience. Really strong vegetarian options and able to modify to make gluten free with no issues. Also, one time AG kicked out a couple bigots for harassing my friend, even after we accidentally spilled salsa on her hello kitty shirt (we love you AG, sorry again). ALSO sick sonic drawings on the outdoor sign!!

Top tier food and experience. I was unsure about my wine choice, and my server curated a tasting for me until I found the magic wine.
I ordered the oysters, which came with a fruity habenaro salsa and it was some of the best compliment to oysters I’ve ever tasted.
Gluten free was no problem, with lots of options. I had the salad with tofu added, and a side of the mashed potatoes which were insanely tasty, and a bit more rich and filling than I expected.
The staff were helpful, charming - very good service. Would highly recommend to anyone
