Edit: I spoke with Brandon the owner and agreed to come back. As previous the pizza and drinks were great. Both Brandon and his brother were apologetic and made sure we had a great time. While they could have just ignored it, they owned the issue which says a lot. We will be back. I recently dined in at The Civil with some friends. I had heard great things about it and was eager to try it. On arrival our waiter, did seem relatively new to the role, to give this context, I have worked in Food and Beverage in 6 countries for large luxury hotels. He was pleasant and made every effort to accommodate. Received our initial drinks and they were well presented and tasty (Flights). We ordered pizzas and my girlfriend made sure to advise the waiter she does have a gluten intolerance and ordered the gluten friendly specific pizza crust. When her pizza was brought out, I clarified with the waiter it was gluten friendly and he said yes. Immediately following ran back to the table to let her know he made a mistake and forgot to make that note for the kitchen and he would get it fired immediately. To this point no issues and it was handled well. I understand mistakes sometimes happen and appreciated his sense of urgency in resolving it. They also waived the charge for her pizza which I thought was a kind gesture. The new pizza took approximately 18 minutes to come out of the kitchen. At this point everyone else is done eating. What really left a negative taste in my mouth was the conversation I overheard between our new server and who I believed to be the manager. His words were "you need to go talk to that table, there time is up and we need the table, They need to settle the bill." I can appreciate that they have policies in place and agree with the application of it, but at this point, my girlfriend has just gotten her pizza, is a slice in and we now have a waiter telling us its time to go. We were not here this long because we wanted to be, but rather as a result of you and your staff's actions, or lack there of. I am disappointed that we were made to feel like we were an inconvenience in a situation that we had little control over. The pizza was great, and overall the service was okay, but in light of the way in which we were treated, I will not be returning and could not wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone else.

As part of our hotel stay we had a breakfast option that was included. The Food was very good, my girl got to the shakshuka and I got the mushroom toast. Service was top notch as food was brought out quickly and we received multiple refills of coffee and tea. He was very attentive to my girls gluten restriction.

Had the pleasure of enjoying lunch on the patio this afternoon. We ordered the pesto chicken burger with a gluten free bun and the ole smokey burger. The gluten free bun was a delight, which is rare for most restaurants. The menu was easy to read and understand for food restrictions/allergies. The service was incredible and we didn’t wait long for service or food. Will definitely be back.

Been here a few times and always had a great experience. It gets super busy so always good to book a reservation in advance. We come for the interactive tables which are always a delight. Food is fantastic, a lot of gluten free options available as well. We came here last night recently for Valentine's Day and had a great date night. Unfortunately we weren't able to participate in their V-day special menu because they didn't have any gluten free options added on there but we picked from the main menu and paid about the same price. Food is on the more expensive side but I promise you it's amazing and they have a little something for everyone to enjoy, the portions are also great and you really get the best bang for your buck! My only critiques are that when the place gets super busy you will have a bit of a wait despite reservation times and the interactive tables a lot of them need refurnishing. The booths are starting to crack up on the seats and the tables have scratches and rough patches from use so the tables may not pick up your inputs when you try to tap on something. I was a bit disappointed that they turned off their ordering feature and camera features as well on the tables last night as those are also a big feature. All in all a great time and I would recommend this place to anyone.

The food was delicious, the wines were great, and the prices were reasonable! I really enjoyed the gluten-free pizza and the prosciutto-wrapped dates. I'll definitely have to try more appetizers next time!

Moose Winooski's is a favourite family restaurant for us. They have an extensive plant-based (vegan) menu section as well as a gluten free menu available. Their plant-based Caesar salad is my absolute favourite. I also quite enjoy the fish tacos, plant-based nachos and plant-based cinnamon rolls that come hot in a cast-iron skillet, absolutely delicious! My children love the atmosphere and nature inspired outdoor/camping theme here. They have a large birthday wheel to spin on your birthday. We came for both my husband and my birthdays and the kids got to put a pie in our faces! We have always had wonderful service. There is a large bar area with countless TV's to watch all of your favourite sporting events and a large patio area in the warmer months.

We dined there on March 8 for our anniversary. We had reserved ahead, and were seated at a lovely table beside the fireplace. The tables are well spaced out, so you don’t feel crammed in, and it allows for easy conversation. I have a gluten allergy and their gluten free menu is extensive. I was almost overwhelmed by all of the choices I had - more than any other restaurant I’ve ever been to. Over wine, my husband and I shared a gf Paris toast bread appetizer, then each had a side salad (he had the Caesar and I had roasted beet). His had tons of bacon bits on it, and was not overly garlicky. Mine was delicious with lovely flavour combinations. My main course was the beef short rib which melted in my mouth and he had the striploin steak - cooked to perfection. The seasonal veggies were perfectly cooked. My dessert of crème brûlée was delicious and my husband adored his chocolate peanut butter cake. Our total bill was less than $200 and was worth every cent. Our server, Vanessa, was the most personable, outstanding server I’ve ever had. She was extremely knowledgeable about each dish and it's preparation. She was attentive without being overbearing. She certainly added to the experience in a very positive way. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant

We have tried AAA Pizza twice now. Both times have been phenomenal. Pizza is delicious, topping are super fresh, service is great. Above what you’d expect for a pizza delivery. First time we have their cauliflower pizza with lots of veggies. Awesome crust! Kids had pepperoni, regular crust and really liked it. Last time we had gluten free crust (in size large! This isn’t usually an option) with butter chicken sauce paneer and some veggies. It was so good. Also great crust. Both times we got their wings. They bake them tandoori style and they’re absolutely delicious. We were surprised with how good they were. I highly recommend this place!!

This was our first time trying a ramen restaurant and we loved it. The vegan ramen was so flavorful, and the togaroshi fries were SO good. They did not have gluten free noodles available sadly, but the flavors made up for it. Will definitely be back if the GF noodle options are available again!
