Ordered a gluten free pizza which tasted like a boiled sponge. Ingredients also tasted cheap. Won't be returning.

Only leaving a negative review because the prices are extortionate! Wonderful service but wouldn’t come again for that reason. Gluten free pasta and pizza available!

Came for my mums birthday. The staff were fantastic. Food was great as always. My husband is gluten free and they have one of the best gluten free menus. But the staff made the evening. Thank you for making it special

Visited the Ivy on a Sunday evening with some friends. We found the service somewhat lacking and had to ask for some things more than once and service took a long time.
I advised the waitress that I was gluten free which was fine but everything had to be researched via an app, I ordered but then I was surprised when I was served fries with my meal. I hadn't ordered them so was reluctant to eat them as I didn't know if they were safe for me to eat (it later turned out they were not). When we finally got the ladies attention we asked about the fries and explained I have a gluten allergy so I'm not sure I should have had them. The waitress said they were served in error but they wont be on the bill. Well obviously...
The starter was amazing, and the main was okay but for the price I would have expected slightly higher standard. Other peoples meals were a mix of 'fine' and 'really good'.
It wasn't overly busy so the noise levels were good and atmosphere much better than that of a Friday and Saturday, but the staff didnt seem to be on their game which was a bit disappointing.
I don't think we'll be rushing back to be honest. The allergy thing is made difficult here, having to cross check the menu with an app where the titles might not be the same. You can't join in conversations as you're heads down trying to figure out what you can have with little staff involvement to help you out.
If the Ivy is happy to serve a Vegan menu, why not have a Gluten free menu? It's just lazy and exclusive
This lively spot offers a vibrant atmosphere with a buzzing energy that complements its inclusive approach. The helpful, knowledgeable staff ensure a welcoming experience for those with gluten and dairy intolerances, making it a great choice for dietary-sensitive diners.
