I was here for a conference and with all unknown locations, selections are limited to the hotels usually. I was fortuate to stumble onto Stout Street on a walk and tried it out. I was here for 5 days and spent 3 out of the 4 nights in here. I sat at the bar and Linzy and Sonia where there each visit and were awsome. I don't want to slight anyone because there were other servera helping me and they were also fantastic. The food was awsome from the corn chouder (awsome) to the burgers. I have a gluten issue and I was able to have a beer and burger which I haven't been able to do in a long time. Everything I had was just great. If your here for a conference it's a great place to meet up with a group. Being right across the street from the convention center makes nit so much easier.

We had Evan as our server and he was fantastic! Our drink was never empty, he was very attentive, and when we ordered burgers, he brought over condiments without us having to ask. Evan made our dining experience amazing! This is the best restaurant service we have had in a very long time anywhere. Top notch! He was also very knowledgeable about the gluten free menu.

There's a lot to rave about, but most unique is the gluten-free bread. In 15 years, it's the most delicious GF bread I've had. The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten and inspired confidence that I could safely enjoy the meal. (I did!) The PB&J brulee was the perfect birthday treat to end our meal. When we're next up for a very fancy dinner out, Edge will be high on my list.
