My dad and I both have celiac disease, so finding a safe place where we can enjoy food without fear has been a huge challenge. The Flying V has exceeded all expectations.
The kitchen isn’t “100% certified gluten free” since they do have items on the menu that contain gluten, I have not once experienced cross-contamination symptoms as a very symptomatic celiac. They’re incredibly accommodating and staff is very knowledgeable. There’s also an option when ordering to state you have a gluten allergy!
I’ve been going here for a little over 3 years now (my husband and I make the hour long drive about twice a month) and it’s been worth it every single time.
The food was top-notch. Wings, burgers, and the Brussel sprouts were all very good. Especially the fact they have gluten-free burger buns. On top of all that, the service from our server Jasmin was the absolute best service we have had in a very long time. If not the best service we have had while dining out. Thank you
I’m dairy & gluten free, Brick has the best GF crust AND they have DF cheese! I’m so grateful to have found this little gem! The staff is so friendly and was more than happy to be accommodating! My husband enjoyed his vodka pie as well! We will be back regularly!
The veggie fajitas were the best I’ve ever had! Thank you, Chef! The flavoring on the mushrooms, onions, peppers, and broccoli was perfect! The vegetables were cooked to just the right doneness. The corn salsa was thoughtful, right off the cob. The red salsa was flavorful and not mainstream. The pico de gallo was also good. I couldn’t wait to eat the leftovers.
I am vegan and was trepidatious before going, having been told it was a burger joint. I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the fajitas were. I am thankful that there was at least one substantial vegan option (without cheese and sour cream), other than a salad. The vegetarian menu is limited. No gluten free options.
This is a sports bar, so expect to be surrounded by screens. There is an outdoor seating area also but my group chose to eat inside.
The waiter and hostess was friendly.
Bathrooms were clean.
We went during lunch on a Friday.

I really like the food. It was tasty, made with fresh ingredients. They had gluten-free options that were delicious. The white sangria blueberry sage pitcher went down quite nice. The whole group of us had a really good time.
I love Brew Works! I am celiac and never have any issues here. I come specifically for the loaded nachos appetizer. With pulled pork on top this thing is one in a million. It is a huge portion and a great value for money. It can be loud but im sure that is just the sign of a hopping bar atmosphere. I will definitely return again and again!

Close to my office . Ordered lots of stuff on their menu since they opened, they accommodate vegan, and gluten-free diet, very clean service with a smile, music is great and I always have a flatscreen TVs with sports channels tuned in in summary. I love it.
Such a great place! Being vegetarian and now gluten free is almost impossible to eat out. Had the most delicious tacos and rice and left full and happy. Our waiter was amazing too. Hope to be back soon!
Disappointed. Went based on some good reviews regarding gluten free. so the crust is the typical pre-made and shipped crust on a tin. That’s not what we had hoped for, and that’s ok so instead ordered gluten-free pasta, which not all places offer. i’m glad my wife asked that they use a clean pot and I couldn’t believe it the waitress said no it gets too busy to clean a pot. We left since there were no other options. Why offer gf pasta only to cook it in contaminated used pots?
