Food and atmosphere were amazing and the staff handled a kitchen mishap with grace! Everything is gluten free!! We loved it! The Boskue Magico is fabulous!

We had an amazing experience here. I am a coeliac, so the gluten free dedicated meniu was a blessing, with a lot of great options to choose from. I had the prawns fajita, a very tasty and generous portion size. Because it was our first time, we received a desert for free. I would love to come back and try other dishes.
The pizza was delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful. However, gluten cross contaminated my food and I got sick. Please be advised that if you have a gluten sensitivity, their gluten friendly option is NOT gluten free.
I had a delicious "gluten friendly" pizza. The crust is made without wheat, but the prep area and oven are shared, so depending on your sensitivity level it may not work for you.
I ordered from this location and was very specific about having allergies to gluten and peanuts. I had an allergic reaction after eating the food they sent. In addition there was torn up plastic inside my sushi roll. Someone is being sloppy I'm and it is a huge problem
We were blown away by the entire night. The gluten free and dairy free macarons were the cherry on top. My fiancé rarely gets to have desert at restaurants.
This place felt like a deleted scene from Vanderpump Rules—if the producers said, “Forget service, just cast based on jawlines and lash extensions.” The staff looked stunning but seemed confused by the concept of actually serving food.
The ambience? A chaotic blend of clattering glassware, loud-ass table convos, and women adjusting their girdles fresh off a Groupon BBL. It’s less “upscale dining,” more “post-club Denny’s with bottle service energy.”
Gluten-free options? Practically nonexistent unless iceberg lettuce counts as innovation.
The only saving grace? The steak was cooked to perfection, and the molten lava cake gushed harder than the finance bro at the bar trying to impress the bartender with his crypto portfolio.
Come for the people-watching, stay because your server forgot you exist.
Gradin was our server. My dietary restrictions were handled extremely well. I cannot eat gluten and dairy. Anything we needed to know, Gradin found the answers. The website really helped a ton with some of the work ahead of time. My only ask would be if Melting Pot would list is not offered at particular locations. E.g., the GF pound cake is not available and they had marshmallows that had dairy. All in all, excellent experience! 9.5/10. Thanks!
If it were possible, I would give this place negative stars.
I chose the gluten-free bun, but it was served as a steamed bun and tasted like microwaved food. The patty was okay. The Crispy Cauliflower was also disappointing because it was so soggy, not crispy at all.
Considering how close the restaurant is to where I live, I was hoping for a more reasonable burger experience.
The service was very good here. The workers were friendly from start to finish.
They have gluten free options for crust. We had two 11 inch pizzas which were plenty for two people. We got a Hawaiian and veggie. Both were good.
The pizza is totally customizable, and tastes good—so that’s great.
The employees don’t mind at all to keep you waiting while they meander about. Not even a glance or acknowledgement that you are there. I asked one if there was any dairy in their crust, and he had no idea. He told me to look at the website. OK, I step out of line to look it up. No dairy—now to the back of the line again.
No whole grain crust option—but that’s rare these days, with the anti-gluten craze. They have an extremely slow method of applying their pizza sauce to the crust. Fortunately, I wasn’t in a hurry. They will add any toppings you want for no extra charge, so I loaded up the veggies and pineapple. I was surprised that they don’t offer banana peppers or pepperoncinis. I was ready to step behind the counter myself, because the poor kid couldn’t evenly distribute the pineapple if his life depended on it.
When they called my name, I went to the counter and they handed me the pizza. The employee looked confused when I asked if I could pay for it. The same thing had happened to my wife a few minutes earlier! If we were dishonest, we could have easily had three free pizzas. Was this everybody’s first day on the job?!
I enjoyed my pizza, though it could have used a couple of more minutes in the oven. It’s common for loaded veggie pizzas to come out with raw dough in the center, because of all the extra moisture in the toppings. Next time I will request that it be “well done”.
Both the kitchen and the bathroom looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a week. Is anybody actually managing this place?
All in all, I’ll go back—it’s a great value for a loaded pizza. Next time I’ll be ready to handhold the hapless employees through the process.
Although the food is great this time their attention to gluten cross contamination for a severe gluten allergy was really really bad. They forgot or got wrong most our gluten allergy relater tweaks of the order, although they double confirmed they could accommodate. At the end (since we were a party of 5) a 20% tip was automatically added although the service was not worth any tip.
This is a shame as last time I was impressed with their handling of the severe gluten allergy (the reason we went back) . Seems it is not policy to be carefully with severely allergic customers, but just chance with the server you get.
Josh was great!! He definitely made our night smooth and fast. Unfortunately, I don’t think there were a lot of gluten free options for celiac but Josh was very understanding. Thank you for starting our night out right!
I don't like fast food, but this is the best place for people who have allergies. They take allergies seriously, so we go regularly. A lot of gluten free and other allergies options
The staff at Bis on Main was awesome. We visited them four times in the last two months. The food is excellent, and the staff very attentive. Fast becoming one of our favorites in Bellevue! My wife is gluten free and always has choices.
Hidden bar away from the bustle of downtown Bellevue- great place to meet before shopping! They have a cozy atmosphere, incredible service and the absolute best sweet potato fries! Plus they had a delicious gluten free burger bun!
We left before we even got to the food options. There were only 2 other parties in the whole establishment and they seated us in a very dark, very uncomfortable booth next to the window.. On top of that, it was a cold evening outside and the AC was on!! We asked about the temperature and they said for some reason the ac is on and that they would be changing that. However, the space was very open and would have taken forever to heat up.
Also, we were looking for something that had gluten free options but were told that some of the foods were cooked in the same oil as non gluten free foods and that would make someone in our party sick. So we decided to pass. I’m sure their food is great but we couldn’t get there.
Tasty food, awesome service, and incredible gluten free alternatives. I can't wait to come back! Don't miss the truffle fries - what a hidden gem those turned out to be!
The Queen Bee pizza was delicious, and the prosecco we had was to die for. 100% recommend!
We came here for brunch since reviews and Google said they had a weekend brunch, but we were disappointed to find out they no longer do brunch. We got a burger and a fried chicken sandwich instead which were both pretty good. Big portion sizes. Glad they offered a gluten free bun but it fell apart a little. The strawberry mint lemonade was also quite refreshing and it was nice to be offered a free refill.
I found this gem accidentally. was running sime errands in the area and decided to grab lunch. got masala chicken, tandoori chicken gluten free and cheese pizza. surprisingly Very good, tasty, fresh pizzas! must try if in bellevue area.
