Candace was such a nice server! She gave us plenty of recommendations and assisted with dietary requirements (gluten free). We felt super taken care of and had a really nice time.
Really enjoyed their pizza; I made my own with onions, pepperoni, and mushrooms. Crust was crisp, not real thin. My wife had their gluten-free crust and it was crispy too. Great selection of beer to accompany the pizza.
This place quickly became a favorite of mine on a recent trip. The gluten free buns for the burgers were so good I almost cried, and the southwest salad’s chipotle dressing was amazing!
Let me start by saying this is my third time in a row that they have totally messed up my order! I am Celiac and the first time I ordered a wrap that was supposed to be gluten free but wasn’t! I had a horrible few weeks afterward with a rash that was absolutely miserable and took forever to go away. The second time. My daughter and I ordered a gf buffalo wrap with mild sauce and got HOT which neither of us could eat. Their response was “sorry” but didn’t take it off our check. . The third time (tonight) I switched it up and ordered a gf pizza without onions. Our table of 6 received their meals and after everyone else was finished, the server brought my pizza. I took one bite and it was full of onions! She took the pizza back and although she offered to order another pizza for me, I said no. I wouldn’t expect everyone to sit there watching me eat. The owner’s son came over and asked if everything was alright and I told him ALL of it and his response was, “we took the pizza off of your bill and I will talk to “them”. “Someone concerned about local customers would have comped our whole check. I asked to talk to his dad Mike, but his son said he’d just left. Needless to say, I probably will not be back. I am not a person who EVER complains or writes bad reviews but tonight was my straw.
Amazing service. I have gluten issues and so does my daughter. There was a small mix up however the waitress and chef fixed the issue fast without any issues.
Visiting from out of town, stopped by for the gluten free pasta and left very satisfied. We loved the gluten free olive oil & garlic pasta and the gluten free garlic bread. The penne pasta with meat sauce was delicious as well.
I'm gluten free and when I asked for a gluten free menu, the managing partner brought it to me himself and explained the demands he makes on the kitchen staff to be aware when preparing meals for people with food allergies. I was so impressed and thankful. The food was fast, hot, and prepared just right. This is one of the best Outback Steakhouses I've been to.
I just moved back to Bridgeport and went to Ruby Tuesday with an old friend. My hopes were not high because I have many food allergies, but they had a gluten-free bun and a grilled chicken breast and made all the modifications I needed! I was pleasantly surprised and will be going there again and again. Our waitress, Tabitha, was terrific and we had a wonderful Sunday lunch!
It's always a pleasure to eat in a restaurant that not only has good food but great service. This place is Ruby Tuesday in Lewisburg. Our server was a young lady named Cristin. She took time with us..explaining everything including gluten free menu items that were offered and made many helpful suggestions. She was great. Thank you! We will definitely be back.
Ordered pizza and cheese sticks for takeout. They were ready for pick up within about 10 minutes. Some of the best pizza I've had in a while. Their bread is delicious.
I like that they have those mini 6" pizzas, avoids ending up with too much food.
They also have a big menu with lots to choose from. (gluten free options, veggie/vegetarian and thin crust).
Adding more….Just celebrated my husband’s birthday at our family & friend’s favorite restaurant! Had great time with delicious food & drinks. Loved the pool table & game. This is by far our FAVORITE place to go. It is the only place everyone agrees on to accommodate a vegan, celiac’s, huge carnivore, & all our other dietary quirks as well as hitting everyone’s drink favorites. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.
We all LOVE this place. We go for any get togethers. The food, staff and drinks are amazing. Just celebrated my birthday with friends & family there Thursday. Took my family Friday to a different restaurant at Eastpoint afterwards they all complained because we hadn’t went to Primanti Bros. 😂🤣
Cachapa! Sweet corn cake with a meat or veg filling and it can be made gluten free! So delicious and filling. The rice was garlicy but not too garlicy. Passion fruit drink was yum too. We sat outside and enjoyed the quiet, but the inside looks neat.
Such an exquisite place to eat with family! Our server, Robbie, made our visit so special! The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks cold and endless, and the attention paid to our party was just the perfect balance of making sure we had what we needed and giving us time to chat and share stories! The entire experience was like being cared for by a relative, and after a long drive or a busy day, when all you want in the world is something good to eat and a little time to talk with your loved ones, this is the place to go. People feel loved here. The food is so tasty, with something for everyone, from our nine-year-old to the dad who loves spicy things to an uncle who loves bacon and a mom who can have gluten but really shouldn't. The servers understand families here, and have the respect to ask whether a young lady of nine will require a lid, knowing some prefer it (ours likes it, as she hates to spill even a drop on the coloring page of the kids' menu, but her one aunt refused one as undignifed at that same age,) and don't bat an eye when kids ask for diet. (You wouldn't believe the odd looks some servers at other places give. Not here! Kids are respected here as part of the family!)
My partner and I used to eat here occasionally as broke students when our parents visited or for the most special of occasions, I ate at other Eat n' Parks as a child and these days we live too far away to take our little girl to the lovely old Eat n' Park. The Christmas commercial with the tree, the Smiley cookies, it's all part of my expat-Pittsburgher, WVU-grad heritage, and for weeks, our daughter has talked of taking her uncle there. She remembered Eat n' Park mainly from family stories and visits to Pittsburgh as a little thing, and she was so excited to visit one now that she is a great big girl of nine, planning a trip herself.
(It is entirely possible that she got...perhaps a little confused between our stories of Eat n' Park, 'Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies' and the scenes in 'Rent' at the Life Cafe after Maureen's show, this child's grandparents were WVU theater majors and she seemed a little puzzled at the lack of musical numbers, but the food was so very good and she was so absolutely enchanted by Smiley cookies, we persuaded her that those must happen when the theater majors eat there, i.e., after plays.)
Everything was so lovely, I was honestly surprised by the bill. In these times, I'm used to paying much, much more for such an experience. We will be back again soon!
Had 2 gluten free options:
gf crust cooked in its own pan (safe for me!!) & cauliflower crust cooked in regular pans (probably not celiac safe).
Food was amazing!!! Affordable and quick service. We ate inside and the place has an “old pizza place” vibe. My husband got the calzone (not gf) and was super impressed!!
Carry out is pretty on point. I really wish they would accommodate celiac disease more here. The food we can eat is great. The staff here is really friendly. Good stop.
We got lucky and ran across this place at the end of the street where the pride festival was happening. The menu is fairly clearly labeled with their Gluten Free options (GF) and Vegan options (V). If you aren't sure about anything, just ask, because they're really accommodating.
I got the Thai Peanut Burrito made into a bowl with tofu as my protein option and it was delicious!!! The chips and guac were okay, but the guac could've definitely used some more seasoning, as it was really bland.
Loved our server, Coco. Fabulous personality and service! This was probably our favorite part of visiting Charleston, other than the rage room.
Small and cozy restaurant, awesome vibes. I went for an event dinner and the theme, and all was well put together. It's a bit pricey but worth it in most cases. Would go again! Also, they do have vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options.
Good Mexican food. I'm gluten and corn free, wife a vegetarian and the menu accomodatied us. Service was slow both times here so ask any employee if you are needing something and they come then. Interior is set up beautiful with a nice bar and large windows. Classy decor. Excellent sauces.
We stopped there because we have multiple food allergies and they had a good review on an allergy website. They use plain unseasoned hamburger. Their fries don't have gluten. They do use peanut oil, but that wasn't an issue for us. They used a different grill to cook our burgers, which were of good size, and they gave an abundance of tasty fries. There's also a fun little sign that tells you where the potatoes for the fries come from each day. The employees were kind and helpful with our questions and service was pretty quick. Bathrooms were about average... probably not great for people with disabilities though.
This place serves the real deal—authentic Punjabi food ( mind Vegetarian only)that’s absolutely worth the 1.5-hour drive! We enjoyed the Dhaba Special Appetizers, Amritsari kulcha & chole (must try), makki di roti with sarson da saag (definitely 5 stars and must try), gajar halwa, paneer tikka masala, Aloo paratha and bullet naan. They answered and customize meal for gluten allergies.
A quick heads-up for spice lovers: before asking for extra spicy, try their medium spice level first—it’s unlike anything you’ll find at other restaurants in the DMV area!
I had a very nice meal. They do a great job of accommodating people with gluten sensitivities. I had a philly roll and hibachi chicken. Overall the meal was very satisfying. The portion size was surprisingly large, too. The star reduction is for two reasons: 1) the chicken was slightly overdone and dry, but that is very easy to do, and it didn't prevent me from enjoying the meal. 2) There was a slight fishy smell when walking into the restaurant, presumably from the aquarium you will see upon entering the building, where they sell koi fish. Overall, I was happy with the visit and would return.
Kaitlyn was outstanding. Food was good. Bill was very reasonable. The music was good. My wife was pleasantly surprised by the gluten free options.
If it were local I'd be a regular
Great place and open late. I was able to place my Gluten Free order and the waitress helped me finding what options are gluten free. Plus, they do have a dedicated Gluten free menu in their tablet. I would recommend for people with celiac and have gluten allergies.
*CROSS CONTAMINATION NIGHTMARE*
Please be careful if you have a gluten allergy. Staff does not seem aware of what actually contains gluten (or in some cases what gluten even is..) despite MANY items which are marked gluten free. Items marked gluten free are fried in shared fryers with gluten products and prepared on the same surfaces as gluten containing items. NOT SAFE for those with food allergies or celiac disease.
Ordered a Gluten free pizza. But despite their warning they claim to make every effort. It was as though they just overcharged for a regular tiny pizza
Meridith is the best waitress and we go there and ask for her every time. She makes sure that my food comes out good and the kitchen makes my food to avoid cross contamination since I have celiac disease.
Good food and the waitress was friendly. She was knowledgeable about food allergies within their menu. Particularly and gluten. Prices were average for this type of food and portions are reasonable.
