Ruby Tuesday

Great service, friendly staff. Got the gluten free bun for my burger as I try to eat gluten free. Most gluten free burger buns are terrible and fall apart after the first bite. Theirs was great and held together. A huge win for gf! Burger was cooked perfectly. Everything was hot and delicious. Will definitely be going back.

We arrived at the restaurant and no one was at door. We waited. We got seated we waited. 3 adults and 2 children ordered appetizers, food and the adults ordered water w/lemon. We got our water w/o lemon. We had to ask twice for lemon. They advertise "gluten free buns" but the last 3 times we have eaten here they said they were out. If this wasn't bad enough, my daughter's meal never came. I finally managed to get the waiters attention and he went to the kitchen to check on her order. He returned and said they forgot it and asked her if he could get her something quick (we were half way done eating). My daughter said nevermind! 90% of the waiters time was spent joking and laughing in the kitchen. No one ever identified themselves as a manager after my daughters meal was "forgotten". This is the worst restaurant we have visited!
