All of the bakery treats are delicious here! Few gluten free options too which is awesome. Absolutely recommend sitting outside for morning tea/afternoon tea on a sunny day.
Cannot reccommend Au Lac Woden enough! I have taken vegan/gluten free members of my family here many times and they always love it. I also love the vegan food, as I'm normally a meater eater.
The customer service here is also immaculate. The staff are always so friendly and accomodating. One night I ordered takeaway to the wrong Au Lac (Dickson shop) and a staff member offered to cook me the dish from scratch (free of charge) and called the Dickson store to let them know of the mistake. Honestly, one of the best restaurants in Canberra all around!
This cute place serves up instaworthy but also delicious food! Their deserts are spectacular visually and by taste. There are lots of sweet and savoury options for kids and adults alike and servings were generous. There are also gluten free, vegetarian and healthy options. We had the pumpkin soup, the Moroccan salad with lamb and the cheeseburger. All were delish! And the coffee is good to round up the meal.
Street parking is everywhere. Place is easily accessible being on the ground floor and in the corner. There are 2 unisex toilets on the premise.
Good food. Beautiful view. Not a quiet venue. We had salt and pepper squid and a burger, all gluten free. Squid was fine, the salad that came with it was odd but lovely. All in all I enjoyed my meal.

Ate lunch 3 stars for service nothing wrong just you order on and app and then they bring you food nothing wrong but nothing great about it love all the Gluten free options
Great atmosphere, excellent service (took amazing care of our gluten intolerant guest), and beautifully presented food. Some flavours were amazing (tomato consommé, vegetables especially the beetroot) but we were a little disappointed by some food that looked better than it tasted (meat that I would have liked rarer, potato stack). Great night out.
A gorgeous place with lovely views of the Brindies out the back. Lots of gluten-free options to eat. Having a turmeric latte with almond milk was an unanticipated treat. Friendly and gentle service.
Not the kind of café to duck in and grab a long black for the road, but rather a place to come with a friend, to relax &; chat over a brew, then have a walk in the garden before enjoyng the exhibitions by local & international artists in the homestead galleries.
Food was delicious, made fresh. Great atmosphere, seating options inside and outside too. Fantastic service. Gluten free options were good too. Dine in and takeaway options.
Definitely recommend eating here, will go back.
