Thought we would go to Tanya's as it was before covid the last time we had been there. So still nice atmosphere then then we went to the counter the woman who served us was 'Rude' made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. All we felt like was a toasted sandwich and apparently since the last time we visited now everything is pre-made you only get to choose what's on the menu. Ok, fair enough. We wanted gluten free bread with different things on that we pointed menu could we substitute...... that was a big issue and she loudy says NO you can't have that, NO you can't, Eventually we asked for a steak sandwich which was on the menu can we substitute the turkish bread for gluten free bread had to find out made a big deal about that, we were now center of attention with other customers. Oh yes can make that fresh, but couldnāt make a toasted sandwich?? Was it worth it, Mmm NOooo won't go back there again. Ever.
